Excellent Pizza — Restaurant in Somerset

Have lived in this area over 3 years. Have ordered several times in the past with no issues. Ordered tonight and what a mess. While picking up our order we noticed the pizza was wrong. Put French fries on pizza, was told we wouldn’t be charged for them. Said no I don’t want them on the pizza. The French fries were picked off the pizza. Took order home to find out a sandwich was toasted (which specifically asked for it to not be toasted). Called and spoke to a woman that answered and explained I just picked up an order and the sandwich was toasted. She responded with “yea we toast all sandwiches “. I told her that I ordered it not toasted. Her response was “well what do you want me to do about it”. Told her we wanted a new sandwich. Brought the toasted sandwich back and got a new one. Came home and only took a bite. It was the worst sandwich. This place was usually our go to place when ordering pizza. After the attitude that we received tonight we will not be ordering from them again. I understand people make mistakes (by toasting it) but the attitude...

UPDATE: Just ordered 12/31, the owner is FANTASTIC. I rarely feel this way, but you can tell he actually cares. They just ran out of large pizzas, so they made us 2 small pizzas to make up for the issue for each order. They threw in a free dessert AND the OWNER insisted to carry out all 7 pizzas himself to my car!! 😲 I will give as much business to Excellent pizza as possible! Excellent job, no pun intended!

Just ordered delivery and the food was very good. Fall River pizza joints are sub par at best, go outside Fall River and you will actually experience good food! Very quick delivery, quoted 40 min but was delivered within 30! Pizza is very good, the cheese is excellent! The wings were made just right and mozzarella sticks crispy the way it should. Best mom and pop pizza shop around. The ingredients taste so fresh. Pizza dough is hand stretched to perfection, sauce has just the right acid:sweet ratio, and the cheese is nice and stretchy.

Edited my review from 5 to 1. Pizza is different each and every time we order it. Never consistent in size, a large sometimes taking up half the box. Toppings are skimpy. We keep going back hoping that it will be like it was the first few times we ordered, but it never is. Today, the pizza was in a pool of grease. We also ordered a Greek salad. I have been ordering Greek salads for decades and never have I seen one with fields green lettuce, white onions and topped with ham and provolone. That was odd to me. I threw the whole thing out. Honestly my biggest complaint overall is just how inconsistent...
