Subway — Restaurant in Somerset

I’m not sure if there has been a change in workers however I have never had a bad experience at any subway until now. While most subways seem to have only one worker up front, today it seemed that it was too hard for them and instead of just making sandwiches they are complaining to the customers how busy it is and having the line build up. When another girl arrived a little after 3 I thought this would have helped but it only made it worse as they would not work together to clear out the line and instead were complaining to each other. When they finally realized I was waiting for over 30 minutes for a mobile order they apologized and said they were going to make it right away. I went to sit down and when I looked back one had taken the next customer and the other had started counting the tip money. At that point I had to get to work and decided someone else would have to come back and pick it up and decided to just leave. When the person I was with came back for the food it was not made yet as they realized we had left and instead of starting the order the young girl looked at my sister and went back around the corner so my sister had to verbally ask if the order was ready for the girl to come up front. Once she came up front she had a major attitude and when she finally started the order a friend of hers came in, got a free drink, and was talking and swearing with the worker so it took her around ten minutes just to make two sandwiches. When my sister was finally leaving the door, the worker’s friend felt the need to make a comment as if my sister had done something wrong. This is the UNHYGIENIC subway I have ever seen in my area. I work in subway for 2 years but never new that this lady did with me is proper way to do job.I think she need to get training again that HOW TO SERVER ALLERGY PERSON. My husband went to get 2 veggie sandwich footlong. HE CLEARLY SAID THAT HE HAD AN ALLERGY TO MEET SO PLEASE WASH THE KNEIF. BUT that lady just go in back room and wash kneif with water and without changing gloves she make our sandwich with wet gloves. IS this way to wash kneif?? 2nd thing is she wash making veggie patty. she bring that from frozen as my husband know it was frozen then he said to her that she need to warm up 2 times seperatly. but instead of doing it one time in patty she just warm in combo for 15sec. lastly she put kneif in GARBAGE and said that she will wash it.

I have throw both sandwich in garbage. she was disgusting lady. because they were bust that doesn't mean she can do anything related to anyone health.

What a joke, employees complain the entire time while making your sandwich, not to mention it was an online order that was placed 11:30 and the notication said it was done at 11:50, so I left my house AT 11:50, to give them some extra time just incase, we'll add another 30 mins to that when I arrived... Also girl working the front was touching the touchscreen at check out with gloves that were used for food, then proceeded to making more sandwiches with those gloves, disgusting, can you say cross contamination???
