I work with a financial advisor in town, and they did me a fav, for free, so I wanted to do something nice for them and treat them to a pizza lunch - I ended up ordering from Central Pizzeria, since I knew the original owner’s son from back in the 70’s My order was pretty easy, and catered to the entire the office staff: one gluten free personal pie and one large, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni I called my financial advisor the day after see how my gift was, and I was informed they got the pizzas, they were good, however the large non gluten pie was all cheese What? really, I still have the slice order screen shots and it clearly states ½ cheese and ½ pepperoni, to cater to ALL of the folks in the office! It wasn’t so much the money as much as the principal, as I placed a simple order, and it still got messed up – how sad is that? I called Central that same day to explain the situation and a nice man answered the phone said it would be best if I called back after 5pm to talk to the manager, but as I am also busy, that never happened . . . so I submitted an email that night after I got home, to be forward to her - it contained all of the above, via their website contact form, finishing with “Please tell me what you can do to make this correct?” Note I wasn’t expecting a free pie or anything like that, but a free topping would have made me happy as I am but a simple man The form of course had my email and I left my full name, address and cell phone number Note that this was months ago (yea, I am a tad behind in my life), and to date, nutt'n honey in return Hey, thanks for that! Read moreWe went an hour and a half before the lights parade and even made a reservation to be sure we got in and out in time. We were seated in the table service section. The waitress gave us a kids menu and disappeared. I went up to the bar to order. A kids grilled cheese, a kids hot dog meal and a large meatball pizza. We then waited for an hour!! I asked and the pizza came out first! Then the hot dog which was served on Italian bread. Not what I would ever order for a 3 year old! No grilled cheese. We split the hot dog between the kids and ate the pizza and the grilled cheese finally came out when we were ready to leave and it too was on Italian bread - really! A kids grilled cheese on Italian bread. I asked that it be removed from the check and then my husband gave the waitress a credit card to pay. We left and my husband stayed behind to finish the transaction. We were out watching the parade and I went back to see what was taking so long and he was still waiting for the credit card and slip to sign! I approached the staff who was saying how they were short handed etc. if that was the case do not open your dining room! Do not accept reservations! The waitress told us she had given us back the credit card when she had left it on some other table in the bar area!!! Terrible experience and will not be back and will share with...

I’m usually not one to leave a negative review unless I’ve had an extremely subpar experience; unfortunately this was one of them.
I placed an order for a decently-sized meal (for delivery) using the ‘Slice’ application. All went smoothly until the food was delivered & brought into our household.
However, there was a DEAD ROACH that was sandwiched between the pizza boxes & other appetizers.
We instantly called (SLICE) to state our issue & after a brief hold the restaurant reciprocated with offering to replace the pizzas….
NO WAY
A dirty kitchen is a DIRTY kitchen, there was NO WAY we wanted a replacement. The ‘Slice’ representative had to place me back on hold, yet again, to contact Central Pizza.
In the end we were reimbursed for the pizzas, but not the rest of the meal. There was no call (and still no communication) from a manager, staff, or anyone else at the restaurant inquiring about the disgusting issue we had.
