Hardee's — Restaurant in Sophia

I have eaten at a lot of fast food restaurants in my time but this one had to be the worst. I ordered two hamburgers and a five piece chicken strip basket. The chicken strips were nothing but little tiny pieces of chicken. I ordered my hamburger with mayo and ketchup only with no cheese this was told to them three times. After reading the order back they still hot the burger wrong. There were also five other people complaining of their orders being wrong as well. One lady said she had been shorted part of her order in th drive through and they tried to argue that the cook swore he put it all in the bag. They eventually gave her her sandwich she had been shorted. And to top it all off from the time I gave my order to the time I got my order was 27 minutes and they still got it wrong. I can honestly say I will never eat there again. If you cant hire people who can properly work in the fast food industry then it's time to close the doors. Ordered a couple things using door dash so it would be home when I got there, only got biscuit and gravy none of the rest of the order or drinks hash rounds or nothing! So I called to see if I could just come pick it up, mind u after working 13 hours I’m tired and starving, the manager said it was all in the bag and she seen it all there? Tried to accuse the door dash driver of opening the bag and stealing it and then told me whatever don’t call me call DoorDash so I contacted DoorDash! But then the lady called me back after yelling and hanging up on me, but called me back trying to argue and play games on my phone smh this was just childish? If I could give this Hardees less then one star I would. Everything I asked for they were out of. I wanted the hamburger sliders, they were out so I ordered chicken strips and ask for honey mustard for dipping and they were out. I asked for Diet Coke for my drink, they were out. I had 3 drinks on top of the 3 dinner boxes and asked for a drink carrier, that's right, they were out!! Service is always slow and the food is low quality. This used to be a good place to go, but this was my last time going to this particular location. This was not just a random bad experience as I had problems the previous visit when I ordered the slider box and when I got home to eat it, the sliders that were supposed to have 2 patties only had 1 on each one and charged me the full price.
