McDonald's — Restaurant in Sophia

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Hands down. I would award zero stars if possible. Their drive-thru speaker doesn't work sometimes, forcing you to yell at the top of your lungs for your order to be heard (but then suddenly and miraculously it works fine for the person behind me after I just announced my order three times to the entire county). No matter what I order from there, it's always incorrect. Without fail. I can count the correct orders I've received from them on one hand after going there regularly for 4-5 years (4-5 years too long). Staff seem to be mostly clueless; there's been multiple times I've waited 10+ minutes for a two item order, only to be brought out the wrong food even after the wait. Management obviously does not care as this has not improved in the least. And good luck complaining through the correct avenues, as if you bring up such a thing to staff, before you get management you get a rude teenager with zero customer service skills to dismiss your problem entirely and go on about their day. I should've persisted in these instances and not left until I spoke to management, but that would be all the longer I was forced to be in the presence of rude individuals that cannot even pretend to want to resolve a problem. I think instead of worrying about people dropping their children off in the fire lane that is several hundreds of feet away from your establishment at the daycare, you should focus on your drive through times. Not to mention maybe require your employees to park further away from the building instead of the parking spaces up front to allow for adequate parking for these parents to drop their kids off at the daycare that you share the plaza with. Don’t be stupid you see cars flying through there with no regards to the pedestrians that are walking. Usually I am patient when it comes to your drive through times because I like the employees that work here but for you to start making threats about calling the law enforcement for parents wanting to safely drop their children off at the daycare there that is SEVERAL yards away from your precious drive through is ridiculous. I will continue to drop my kid off in the fire lane as I see fit. You do not own the parking lot and it isn’t any of your business. Ticket or no ticket I don’t care and will argue it for as long as I need to until they start ticketing the people for reckless driving for the speeds they go through that parking lot. Keep trying us parents....

Ordered the $ 5 burger meal and a happy meal. They asked me to move over to slot 1 and wait. After over 5 minutes, a woman brings me just the happy meal. I asked about my burger meal and she said that was it. I told her I also ordered a meal and showed her the large coke that I had already been given. She motions with her hand and says, "let me see your receipt" holding her hand out. I told her I didn't have it, but showed her my drink... large cokes dont come with happy meals. She went back inside and I waited about another 5 minutes or so and she brings me this bag and walks away. When I was handed the bag, there was a big grease stain on it and all of the items in the bag were room temp, just like the items in the happy meal that I was given earlier. I believe they only brought half my order out the first time. When my bag was found, there was no offer to remake my cold food. I NEVER make it home with hot food from this location

... never. I live 1 mile away on a 55 mph highway. There is no way my meal always gets cold in less than 5 minutes. I travel all over this state and I have to say, this is the worst McDonalds in the state. I'll starve...
