FOUR OF US SICK AFTER EATING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! TOOK ABOUT 6 HOURS AND IT HIT US.. AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO KFC AGAIN..
I'm not too happy with the outcome of our visit to this KFC due too arriving most of the employees was outside in a group conversation with what seemed to be a customer or maybe an off duty employee... I had a 6 minute wait at the drive-through screen before someone asked me " If they could take my order" and there wasn't anyone in the drive-through line but myself AND ONLY 2 COUPLES INSIDE EATING! Once I placed my order and the employee read back my order, it was in correct and SO I repeated it not 2 BUT 4 TIMES BEFORE I then was told " THE CHICKEN WAS GONNA HAVE TO BE COOKED". I ASKED HOW LONG AND WAS TOLD 15 TO 20 MINUTES...it was $36 and some change and TOOK THEM 39 MINUTES AND 4 CARS LATER TO BRING ME MY CHICKEN. Once home the CHICKEN WAS GREASY AND BISCUITS WAS HARD AS A ROCK... MY FAMILY WAS HUNGRY AND SO WE EAT THE CHICKEN AND SIDES EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T ALL THAT KFC advertises it would be .. JUST NOT A GOOD...
Read more1222 Wilborn Ave KFC in South Boston needs improvement. As soon as I stepped inside the establishment, I heard the employee talking to two customers using very foul language. I told the employee before ordering I didn’t like it, they didn’t offer to apologize. They just told me “Sometimes I don’t catch myself”, the coupon I was using required the manager to authorize it. When the manager walked over, I told them in front of the employee about the foul words. Manager laughed and jokingly told the employee “I’m gonna get you” while laughing. Should have walked out. The employees need to realize using foul words at work is an impropriety that will get them in trouble. The front counter area was dirty, cup lids on floor and spots. I ordered two classic chickens, they didn’t tell me the chicken was piping hot. When I bit into it, it burned the roof...
Read moreWatch out when ordering here because something has changed. It used to be a nice place, but now you have to worry about getting scammed out of your money. I ordered food here and didn't receive my entire order. When I went in to tell them that they forgot something the manager said that they didn't ring me up for the entire order, but the price of food was way too expensive for what I received. The other workers there even said something didn't sound right and I received the rest of my order after the workers spoke up. I didn't receive a receipt since the woman at the drive thru said that she would put it in the bag, but of course she didn't. Just check your food and make sure you get a receipt when...
