The inside looks nice but meanwhile they have some of the by far worst customer service Iāve ever been in. When you walk in there is no greeting as you should always greet your customers. They have up to 3/4 people working in the front all of which seem to be busy meanwhile they have a lobby with about 3-5 customers waiting to be served. I had to ASK to be served. The manager was watching closely tried to make things go swiftly even asked one of the co workers (male) to help assist the front line he chuckled with the other worker Iām assuming making jokes being funny because that was the second time assistance was needed the woman in the front has a immediate starting issue when should definitely be confronted. I couldnāt even enjoy my sandwich due to the poor customer service and actions I seen took place today. Not to mention standing in line waiting to be serviced and having them pick and choose whose order they going to do first instead of first come...

It is absolutely disgusting. We have never had this issue before and we will not be going back to...

Along with their pies, cuppies, and cakes, they also make homemade donuts, but you have to get there early as the sell out fast! The decor is cozy, country kitschy and full of artwork that is for sale. The service is good, and the food is fresh. If you are in South Boston, stop in and...
