The workers there tonight, one of them an older lady saw my sister and I walking in and telling us “we’re closed” but still took our order, which I greatly appreciate. However, my mom walked in a few minutes after she had parked the car just to come inside and stay with us, the older lady told my mom “were closed”. The younger worker there was very patient and professional with us, which I so greatly appreciate and admire. My mom said, “I’m just with them”. And she still told my mom “were closed”. If she spoke to me this way, I’m fine with it, no problem, but with my mom? I’m not ok with this. My mom was planning on ordering, but based on the lady’s attitude, she no longer wanted anything, and I do not blame her. Read moreI go here every Thursday evening. The staff is always kind, pleasant, and always offers amazing service. Today, I witnessed a customer attacking an employee. First, the lady started complaining about pecans. Then, she started telling the employees in there that they are kids and they’re all crazy. I started recording the rude customer and I’m reporting it to the police for bullying. Those kids in there are always so pleasant and she was so out of line. She even had the poor kid crying. Then she had the nerve to write a review when she was in the wrong. Luckily I recorded the entire thing from the moment it started getting out of hand. Read more**I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Cold Stone ice cream store that has left me never wanting to return. I attempted to order a shake, but was informed they weren’t making shakes as they were closing in 15 minutes. However, as I waited for my ice cream, I witnessed them preparing a shake for an online order.
When I questioned this, the staff member's response was shockingly unprofessional and discriminatory, stating, "Yeah, that's an online order, but no shake for you." This blatant disregard for in-store customers and lack of respect is unacceptable.
