Came in today after work to return 2 products. This transaction was handled by an older south Asian woman who works front store(name tag was turned inwards). Firstly, she did not say hello or return my hello. Secondly, I provided a barcode on my emailed receipt & she saw on it, that the location I purchased the items from was elsewhere(Princeton) to which she responded saying, there is a policy that customers cannot return products from a location they did not purchase from. I responded saying that has never come up & asked her when it went in effect & she hesitated & said 1 month ago. A family member of mine works at CVS-this is not true. So that was her first blatant lie. Then she said because they were high end , I couldn’t return them at this location bc every stores stock varies. They carry both brands (L’Oréal & Itsa10) at this location. Responded telling her that one product is L’Oréal. Then she proceeded to say “Yes we carry L’Oréal but not this product” went down to L’Oréal section after t transaction & guess what? They do. So this was her 2nd lie. I just…I don’t know why the transaction went like that, I don’t understand why she wanted it to go like that.    Read moreI was very disappointed on last week Sunday due to this cashier name Ruzwan (Looks like Indian). Not sure if he gave me his real name. But he was very unhelpful and looks like he doesn’t enjoy his work. I got some stuffs and Due to some coupon issue we have to rescan all 6 items. I wanted to use my Extra Buck(EB) that I have already sent it to my card. I keep telling him that I want to use my EB and he tells me that it’s not showing up on register as if this is my first time shopping at CVS and I don’t know anything. I know how it works. I have been a cvs customer for a really long time. These EB doesn’t come free, you have to earn it by spending money from your pocket. In the end I ask him to cancel my transaction and give me the void paper. He cancelled my transaction but didn’t gave me void paper. He said I can’t give you that. I said why not, other cvs location give if you ask for it. Moreover, it has some of my card information on it. I really don’t know what his problem was. May be that I was using 2 coupons apart from cvs CRT and he didn’t like it. Very sad. Other staffs are nice except for him. I would not recommend this location to my friends and family.    Read moreI had the misfortune of requesting prescription delivery from this CVS; the USPS routed my prescription to another state before realizing their error and sending it back to New Jersey. I called the pharmacist to try to get another prescription or a temporary refill since I had gone 4 days without my medication; the pharmacist acted like he didn't care and was giving me attitude when I asked if he could refill it or get me a bridge prescription since I didn't know when or if the medication would ever get to my door. He even had the audacity to say that the prescription was "out for delivery" when he had no way of knowing when it would be delivered; I ended up calling USPS and they said that the prescription package was still in transit.
