Arby's — Restaurant in South Carolina

I visited this location on Saturday, December 4, 2021. I was thankful that I went inside to place my order because you are unable to see everything that goes on from the drive-thru window. There was a customer ahead of me . As I waited to have my order taken, I noticed that the manager, Ruth, lowered her mask and coughed in her hand. She asked the customer to excuse her as she proceeded to take his money and wait on me. Before I placed my order, I asked the manager if she had any sanitizer? She replied, " yes, it is located on the wall near the restrooms." I then asked her if she could go and sanitized her hands because she coughed in her hand? She gave me this looked at me as though I was being unreasonable. However; she went and sanitized her hands and came back rubbing her hands together and speaking sarcastically , " ok, they are all sanitized." As a customer, I should not have to ask an employee, especially someone in management to stop and sanitized their hands after coughing. She is working in a restaurant around food. It should have been an automatic response that she needed to clean her hands because coughing, as well as sneezing, spreads germs. It is unlikely that I will return to this location anytime soon because my business as a customer was not valued as well as my safety ( in light of...

Ate here the other day, had to get food to go because I was working. Staff was very friendly, I ordered the new prime rib cheesesteak meal and had a double beef and cheddar on the side. Everything, including the fries, was very fresh, and the service was very fast. My partner and myself got our food in less than five minutes and were out the door and back on the road. The new prime rob cheesesteak comes in regular and spicy; I got the regular since this was my first time ordering it. It was great, the peppers complemented the prime rib well, and you could taste the authentic prime rib flavor. As far as the double beef and cheddar, back in the day if you ordered the double or half pound it was good to request extra cheese; now however, if you get a double, you get double the cheese, and so on for the half pounder, making it unnecessary to order a side of cheese sauce. Will definitely return to this Arby's; out of the Arby's in the Anderson area, this is among the fastest...

I think it's been about a year since I went to an Arby's. Price for what you get and the order always being not fresh and wrong made me about write it off. It didn't help they got rid of Jr roast beef and potato cakes the things I loved. Here I go to try them again since I always liked a good roast beast sandwich and as usual it's a mess. I ordered two roast beef add swiss with a large fry. Come home and open the bag and I have one sandwich no cheese and the fry. I should have kept the receipt as they I could have at least got my money back. Damn shame since the meat was actually fresh today but lack of swiss was such a turn off....
