Arby's — Restaurant in South Carolina

The woman working the drive-thru tonight was not necessarily bad at serving food but her customer service skills were absolutely terrible. I get it fast food is mundane, I've worked it before. After waiting to place my order for a couple of minutes I finally asked hello and she bluntly asked for a moment. This was after watching the gentleman in front of me turn his vehicle off and get incredibly frustrated while there was absolutely no greeting or prompt for him to order. Her demeanor was laxidasical at best and while handing food out of the window she did it in a rush without saying a word. I'm not saying she needs to be a giant ball of sunshine but it is generally common courtesy to ask for someone to hold for a moment if you're going to just completely neglect to answer the call box. Not once did she smile, say "thank you", apologize for the wait, or mutter anything more than "here you go". I would have called the manager that was working but from what I could see she was okay with that worker taking her time, being rude, and drinking soda instead of taking care of the building line in the drive thru. 4 cars turned away while I...

Pros: Nice and courteous staff! Despite the location, it wasn't busy by any means!

Cons: Drive thru was rather slow. I sat the window for about 5 mins waiting on food. This was after already sitting behind other cars for approx. 5 mins as well. As I'm sitting at the window, looking in, i saw 4-5 folks just standing around. Not really sure why it took so long.

The next "con", and partly the biggest reason for taking off two stars is because of the sandwich. I get, and understand, that the meal never looks like the menu. That's advertisement. This, however, was just extreme! I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich which, on the menu, looks like this rather large item! It was not. There was hardly any meat on the sandwich. If I were to compare, expect the amount of meat that you get on a Arby's Jr. Roast Beef. It was a paltry amount of meat on the sandwich. It was, however, quite tasty.... Just......

Had a horrible experience here today. When I tried to order the “Double Meal Deal,” they told me that the deal had ended, and when I pointed out that the sign outside still advertised the deal, another person attending the fry station yelled out “yeah, that’s ended.” And the cashier said “that would be $11 now.” I asked to speak to the manager, and she replied “I AM the manager.” But when I said that my response to their rude and unprofessional behavior and tone would be to write a Google review, the manager suddenly said “You didn’t let me finish. You wouldn’t stop talking and you didn’t let me finish. I was going to say we’ll honor the sign…” I chose to leave so I wouldn’t continue holding up the customers behind me. Needless to say, I will never return to this...
