Arnold's of Liberty - Famous Homemade Hamburgers — Restaurant in South Carolina

We had a bad experience at Arnold’s closer to my home and I didn’t think I would ever go back. But a friend told me to go to Arnold in liberty she-said they eat there all the time and it’s really good. I said OK so I went today. It was busy because it was still in the lunchtime frame that I went. As soon as I sat down almost immediately a waitress came. She took my order and not long. She come back with my drink and with my salad. The salad lettuce was so fresh and crisp with different kinds of cheese and small little croutons all over the top with two big slices of tomato . I had the ranch dressing and it was all fantastic. Not long My salad almost finished The main entrée came out. I had the grilled salmon. It was sooo good just a ,little bit salty but not so much that I didn’t enjoy it and if I had ordered a lemon it would’ve made it perfect. . I also had a baked potato . It had a big scoop of sour cream and a scoop of butter melting inside and the outside the potato skin had the salt around it just like red lobster. Let me tell that potato was good inside and out. I couldn’t eat everything I had to bring some home with me to which my granddaughter was thrilled because she loves salmon too. I didn’t give a five star because it’s not the kind of restaurant you go in like Capris But a friendly atmosphere with activity around you which did not bother me. But I will say the meal I eat was a Capris meal or a red lobster meal it was that good. I will definitely go back. I got to try the Famous burgers...

Really just had to brag on Arnold’s in Liberty real quick. I’ve had a pretty awful rainy day and on my way home I stopped by Arnold’s drive-thru to get something to eat.. I’ve always had a really great experience there so didn’t even think to check my food. When I got home I checked it and let’s just say it was missing some things and I was very frustrated but was very polite when I called them to let them know. The manager that I talked to offered me a free meal for next time I came in.. I said ok and got off the phone. Well for some reason I didn’t even notice my burger didn’t have a patty on it until I went to actually eat it. I called back again with the same manager offering a desert with the free meal. Just gonna be honest and say I started crying after I hung up bc like I said my day had already been pretty awful and now this on top of it.. not even a minute later what I think was the corporate/store manager called me and asked if he could remake my order and bring it out to me. I was so shocked and honestly didn’t even know what to say but I did say ok and thank you! He brought it to my home and apologized again with a gift card. I wish I would of got his name!
