Be Known Coffee Company — Restaurant in South Carolina

Just stopped in this new coffee shop near my house. It's only been open for about 3 weeks. It's beautiful inside. Take a look at the pictures of the espresso machine and the Coffee Bean roaster. This coffee shop roasts its own beans. You can't get much fresher than that! There are tables and chairs that you can sit at to work, and there are sofas, coffee tables, and arm chairs if you want to just sit and relax. The power outlets have extra jacks so more people can plug in and charge their devices. There are pastries available as well as all of your favorite coffees, mochas, lattes, etc. There is a seasonal drink menu, too. (A photo is included.) There is a coffee bar so you can customize your beverages after you have picked them up. They also have a toaster you can use for your purchased bagels. They have two t-shirts, a regular one, and a seasonal one for halloween. I bought the seasonal Halloween shirt. Parking is free, but there's not much during rush hour. Get there early and it won't be a problem. Also, you can stop again on the way home from work. Just be there before they close at 3:00. Five stars. I will be back! This is truly the best coffee experience of my life. I am an avid coffee drinker, my first visit I got a specialty latte and the quality of espresso was amazing. The snickerdoodle latte was so so so yummy, and creamy, and delicious. This visit I got a pour over, asked for whatever the owners favorite roast was and he told me it had notes of blueberry and dark chocolate, and the mouth feel was very nice. He truly had a heart of gold, and cares so much about the experience of customer. So helpful with decisions both visits, and gave amazing recommendations. This coffee shop deserves for than just 5 stars. This is an amazing coffee shop, with amazing customer service, amazing quality coffee, amazing atmosphere, and just overall amazing! When I come back to this area I am always going to make this my coffee shop stop! The Guatemalan pour over was amazing and I will definitely be trying g the other roasts of coffee when the opportunity...

Great Coffee and even better service! Be Known Coffee is a "must-visit" during your next vacation to North Myrtle Beach. It is conveniently located off Sea Mountain hwy and only a few minutes across the swing bridge from the beach. Having visited many coffee shops across the US, I can honestly say that the locally roasted beans are the best I have tasted. My personal favorite is the Ethiopian Roast, but honestly all of the roasts I have tasted have been smooth, full roasts. Ron really knows how to roast and serve coffee. In addition to the personally roasted coffee, a number of the latte flavors/syrups are made in-house. Trust me, it's hard to find a coffee shop with such a high level of coffee expertise, service...
