Not That Tech Savvy? — Local services in North Myrtle Beach

First off let me start off by saying, This company did more for me then the Apple Insurance I pay monthly for. My phone had a couple issues, scratched lens, cracked camera, cracked screen. The list goes on!! Still with having insurance on my Iphone, The price that Brandon at Techy Savy gave me was still so much cheaper then the Deductible I would had to pay with my insurance to get my phone fixed. Tmobile customer service says that Tmobile does phone repairs instore will provide you with a location and number to call to set up your repair. So thats what I did at first only to be told by Tmobile that they dont do repairs in the store. I was given the total run around and the Staff at both locations I called were horrible. I was so Overly stressed about my phone and was only thinking I had a simple scratch on my phone. Little did I know I had much more wrong with my phone. Thank god Brandon was able to provide me all the information and explain everything to me, insuring me that he would be able to fix the issues. I had to come in to the store a few times during the process and each time I was greeted and welcomed and felt like a valued customer. Which goes so far! Even the drink and snack thats offered while you wait! Is top notch and so appreciated. I highly recommend this company and the staff that works there. There is only a few places in my life that has had over the top customer service or a business that really goes out of there way to make sure you have what you need, And this is definitely one of them. I will trust them from here out with my phone and repairs and will be referring all my friends to them. I will also be reaching out to Tmobile and letting them know that since they dont have any locations that does repairs they should be contracting Not That Tech Savy to handle their repairs. I’m a repeat customer at Not That Tech Savvy. I had my old outdated desktop computer in there earlier last year for some work. The work was done quickly, efficiently and was reasonably priced. I was very happy with the results and the computer lasted for almost 2 years after the repair. Brandon was the person that I spoke to back then and the one that I saw this week when I had problems with my laptop and the same desktop computer, but for a different reason. Brandon fixed the laptop for no charge, with a used wireless keyboard that someone had given him. The desktop was not economically repairable, it was very old with an outdated system. The cost to repair it would’ve been prohibitive. Brandon was able to order me a replacement desktop with windows 11 for a lot less than it would cost me to get the other one fixed plus they had the upgrade model for the same price which he ordered for me. I can’t say enough about Brandon‘s honesty, integrity, willingness to serve the customer, friendliness, and all round good guy. And Not That Tech Savvy ‘s policy is to give Military Veterans, and first responders a 10% discount. I highly recommend Brandon and his company to anyone who has any issues that they need solved on their computer, television stereo or cell phones.
