I would give them negative 5 Stars if I could everytime I visited this Bojangles the service get worse it's drive thru only you wait in line for 20 mins just to place an order have y'all ever visited Chick-fil-A There service and drive thru wait time is 10 stars I would thick that someone who is owner of a Bojangles would attempt to use a little bit of there Customer service and drive thru efficiency after I waited for 20 mins to order it to me another 20 min to get my barely warm chicken and to add insult to my terrible experience my order was wrong I ordered a extra picnic gravy for my barely warm rice they changed me for the picnic gravy but when I got home with my 12 piece tailgate box no gravy Wow this is unbelievable but I should have went to KFC because Chick-fil-A is close on Sundays because they value there customers buy getting there orders right and getting them thru the drive thru before there food gets cold Mon - Sat I just wanted to say Thank You For My Never Ending Terrible Experiences at your Bojangles I know I have choices and I don't have visit your Bojangles but when my parents request a meal from there I have no choice but to honor my parents wishes and I dare not tell them how terrible y'all service is and how my money is wasted on terrible service they have even called me while I was in the drive thru line asking me why am I...

Why did I have to wait an additional 15 minutes for food to be done when I ordered an hour ahead. At 4:42 I was told that my order that was supposed to be ready at 430 was gonna be another 15 minutes. What is the point of ordering ahead on line? Ridiculous. Every time I come here it's something. The reason I ordered on line this time is because the last time I waited in drive through 30 minutes. I was blocked by cars or I would have pulled off then. Finally get my order at 506, notice the receipt says it was packed at 415, get home and find it wasn't right, (cold French fries and missing item) . Go back to get it corrected, come home, wrong kind of tea and the chicken isn't done, pink juice running out of it... I won't be coming back. I'll either go to Zaxbys next door or KFC across the street.... Oh and I was told my chicken had to be dropped because what was already packed at 415 was used for another order, so instead of that customer waiting, I was made to wait for food I already paid for 45 minutes prior.... Absolutely uncalled for and most definitely unacceptable. FYI I will also be sharing this email...

This specific location needs to be shutdown IMMEDIATELY!!!! I ordered that promo 2 birddog combo on the app. That was before 4pm. I arrive to check in at 414pm. I finally gave up at 447pm. 3 cars after me got their items before me. 2 separate employees came to my car. The younger kid apologized and said someone is working on it. The 2nd older lady asked what I ordered. She stated that they don't even have a ticket. I decided to walk inside. No one was working the register. A crew manager appeared from the back and said someone will be right with you. That never happened. She then commenced to fuss at the line workers and critiquing their effectiveness of ticket handling on the monitor. That was followed by verbal debates, finger pointing and lack of accountability. My previous experience there, drive thru speaker was a digital response. I drove off then as well. I hadn't ordered on the app so I didn't bother. That's 45 minutes of my life that I can't get back. Good riddance to 28 Bypass Bojangles in...
