Read moreWhy did I have to wait an additional 15 minutes for food to be done when I ordered an hour ahead. At 4:42 I was told that my order that was supposed to be ready at 430 was gonna be another 15 minutes. What is the point of ordering ahead on line? Ridiculous. Every time I come here it's something. The reason I ordered on line this time is because the last time I waited in drive through 30 minutes. I was blocked by cars or I would have pulled off then. Finally get my order at 506, notice the receipt says it was packed at 415, get home and find it wasn't right, (cold French fries and missing item) . Go back to get it corrected, come home, wrong kind of tea and the chicken isn't done, pink juice running out of it... I won't be coming back. I'll either go to Zaxbys next door or KFC across the street.... Oh and I was told my chicken had to be dropped because what was already packed at 415 was used for another order, so instead of that customer waiting, I was made to wait for food I already paid for 45 minutes prior.... Read moreThis specific location needs to be shutdown IMMEDIATELY!!!! I ordered that promo 2 birddog combo on the app. That was before 4pm. I arrive to check in at 414pm. I finally gave up at 447pm. 3 cars after me got their items before me. 2 separate employees came to my car. The younger kid apologized and said someone is working on it. The 2nd older lady asked what I ordered. She stated that they don't even have a ticket. I decided to walk inside. No one was working the register. A crew manager appeared from the back and said someone will be right with you. That never happened. She then commenced to fuss at the line workers and critiquing their effectiveness of ticket handling on the monitor. That was followed by verbal debates, finger pointing and lack of accountability. My previous experience there, drive thru speaker was a digital response. I drove off then as well. I hadn't ordered on the app so I didn't bother. That's 45 minutes of my life that I can't get back.
