Went here last night, ordered food for my family so it ended being about 50$. I went through drive thruā¦it took a really long time, but I didnāt mind I just assumed they were short staffed just like every where else. I finally get my order and Iām missing part of it and the large fries are brown and staleā¦so I go into the inside and ask for another large fry and the missing part of my order. Itās only the managerās second day, but she tells the crew to give me new fries and the part of my order that was missingā¦I waited patiently for about 10 minutesā¦I then ask them how much longer because the other part of my order was in the car getting coldā¦the crew had no idea that I was there waiting for the rest of my order..then Cheyenne opens the door to the office and tells the manager to come speak to me because I have āa mouthāā¦then she proceeded to keep saying rude and disrespectful things. The manager offered to make my whole order over, but at that point I was so offended I just asked for a refund. I will never spend my hard earned money anywhere Iām disrespected. I spoke with upper management about her and he apologized profusely for her behavior, but if he keeps her employed there I have a feeling this will keep happeningā¦because she simply lacks professionalism and...

There was no wait and I was asked to pull forward and my 3pc tender meal would be brought to me. Needless to say I waited in the parking lot for almost 30 minutes until I proceeded to enter the building. Upon entering, employees were standing around and not working to the utmost of company standards and my meal preparation had been completely forgotten. I had to remind them of my order and they fix it there as I reminded them. The unprofessionalism of this particular establishment was beyond poor and evaluations of both employees and management need to be under review. I will NOT recommend this particular location until better service and appreciation of customer's time and business is considered. Very disappointed in what I know the standards of fast-food to be and the high expectations for such a marveled fast food...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI want to give 0 stars, but can't do a review unless I give 1. On the last 3 visits this location has messed up our order. All 3 occasions were July 4th which we ordered all legs and got home with the regular 8 pieces being 2 each. This happened again when we were there to get food for watching the Orange Bowl, and then tonight when I planned to be watching the Lunar Eclipse and a comet to cross the sky. Very disappointed that on the events planned in my life that they are ruined by KFC which when I call to report I am only met with the 'oh we will replace order next time'. It's not satisfactory when our planned meal is not with what we ordered at that time. Regional management needs to step in and ensure that the employees are meeting customer satisfaction goals, or otherwise just close this location if it can't be straightened out! Disappointed...
