China No. 1 kitchen — Restaurant in South Carolina

The lady running the front, is the rudest person you'll ever talk to. Extremely unprofessional. I called in a order like I always do and when I arrived one of the plates were made wrong. I explained this to her after multiple trys of her trying to give me the incorrect food, where she proceeded to get irritated and stumped off to the kitchen where she ignored me. When she came back she stuck her hand out asking for more money, because I asked for the food to be separated upon ordering like always (this has never cost extra) I explained that I always order it this way and that it has never been at additional charge. She was sreaming at this point saying that if I wanted it "give her the money." I tried reasoning saying that I didn't understand why it more now, if she had never previously said it would be extra just to separate the food. I told her I did not need extra food, just didn't want the rice in the sauce. She tried calling to the kitchen to just cancel my order, that I already PAID and waited for. I'm not one to create an issue, and saw no reason as to why she had to yell at the inconvenience she caused. All I'm saying is it's not worth getting halfway decent food, when you're yelled at for trying to get what you paid for, then upcharged all because of a bruised ego and for not accepting the wrong order... I never write a review for no one to read but it pays to be a decent person and no one should be treated that way...

I visit this place yesterday. I spend 46.16 when the cashier was giving me my food, She was giving me all kind of sauces, and I ask her for 1 hot oil sauce, she said it was .50 cents. I said ok I am getting my debit card, cause of course I don't have any cash, and obviously she said no only cash. I said, I am sorry I don't carry any cash, and she took the litter save away. I was like excuse me!! I spend almost $50 and u can't give me the .50 cents cause for free. She was very rude and said no!!! I am sorry common Sense, I understand that you charge for sauce, I was willing to paid but I didn't have the .50 cents, I spend all this money, the most she could have done was give it to me. When I said to her, really you are not going to give it to me after I spend this much money, very rude she put it in the bag, and I said thank you for your kindness. Moral of the story. It's very sad that we are living in a society that, as a food owner you are not willing to give a small sauce w/o charging. That makes me wonder, if a homeless person ask for food, this people will not give it to them. This place will never get...

I went here because my boyfriend likes the food. I don't like it. He likes it though, so I guess that means its possible other people might like it. I gave it 4 stars because I'm not quite sure how to rate a place I just don't like. I'm a little biased I don't like it. The choices I guess, not that it's bad. If you like it go here. If you don't, don't. If your partner likes it, it's okay enough to just eat it to make them happy. Or don't get anything. It's fine. All my photos got deleted off my phone.
