Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in South Carolina

Today is the 4th time we tried to buy an ice cream cake. As usual no ice cream cakes made but we didn't need it until tomorrow. Last time they said we need to order the day before. Nope. She said not tomorrow, need more time. How much time? Now 2-3:days!! I explained last two times we drove to Easley location and they actually sell ice cream cakes there, in their case or order. Your case is always empty so we came a day early so it could be made. Drove directly to Myles and Mollies and they happily took the idea to pick up tomorrow at 3:00 or after. Your staff does not care. We are finished trying. No wonder no cars in the parking...

Watched the young man at the window ring me up and then proceed to make our icecream. Never changed gloves. Didn't change them when we drove up either. When i said something about it he became angry and told me he had just changed them. No he did not. I was watching. He got really mad and walked away so another person finnished the order( again not changing gloves ) and basically threw the ice cream at us. Disgusting Bruesters. AWFUL...

I have always enjoyed ice cream from this location as I live in the neighborhood behind this location....today, my ice cream was horrible...I got a cup of the turtle cheesecake and there was no cheesecake flavor whatsoever...just chocolate ice cream with pecans...no caramel...extremely disappointed!!!
