This, in my opinion, is one of the worst run restaurants in the city. The last time I went up there they didn't have ketchup in the building. How do you run a burger joint without any ketchup. The restaurant is always out of something. The employees Never Smile. The managers are no better Sometimes they have hair nets on in the kitchen and sometimes they don't. The food you get out is always cold and you have to ask for it to be cooked fresh. Then when you ask for it to be cooked fresh to get an attitude. When you visit the restaurant there are more people standing outside and texting versus being inside taking care of the customer. I would love for this restaurant to be a destination address for me, but I only go because it's near my house. If it were me I would shut the whole restaurant down and give it a whole new crew including management. I'm still convinced that one Burger King is done right, it is the best fast food. The restaurant has at times made every single order to go because they didn't want to wipe down trays for people sitting in the dining room. Unacceptable!!! This restaurant is beyond sad. The coke freestyle is a joke because half of the options in there are out all of the time. This restaurant is substandard; no matter what time of day you go in there you're going to get poor service and cold product. I have received many cold hash browns many cold croissant sandwiches many called Whoppers, onion rings, and even receive Frozen solid desserts and this restaurant. I just don't...
Read moreThis afternoon around 530 I visited this location. I went through drive thru to make an order. I proceeded to order my items and was told by Drive thru that I had more than 3 meals and would have to come in. I park my car to go inside. I was needed by the cashier. I asked her was there a difference from ordering 4 meals through drive thru vs coming inside she replies No. I asked why I was told to come in she replied she wasn’t sure. I asked to speak with a manager. She stated she was a manager but not the manager of this store location. I asked to speak with the location manager and she pointed to drive thru which as the person who told me to come in. I completed my order and asked to speak with her. I told her I understood she was busy servicing drive thru but I needed to speak with her. When she was available I asked why did I have to come in to order? She replied she was the only one here (there were 4 others there). I asked if it was a CORPORATE POLICY to demand customers with over 3 meals on the order to come inside. She stated YES! I then asked if a DISABLED person comes through drive thru and needed to order over 3 meals will they be required to come inside she stated YES. I IMMEDIATELY asked for the district managers information. I did not receive it but was told by the cashier the DM will be in in the morning. As a DISABLED VETERAN this is wrong and is not a policy. I would like to be contacted my...
Read moreEmployeecseem to be more interested in talking with each other than taking care of guests. The employees acted as if they were at a party. There about 7 employees there, all of which were gathered in the drive through talking with each other and eating. They also were cursing and I can hear it above the music playing in the dining room. I wish I could tell you that this is the worst I've ever seen at this unit, but that would be a lie. The manager was walking back and forth from the restaurant to the convenience store next door. The manager, whose name was Walter, had lottery tickets in his hand as he approached from the convenience store a couple of times. Sad to say he was playing Lottery on company time. This store is a joke and needs a total revamp. There was absolutely no leadership and the employees were left to do whatever they wished. There was one gentleman who was leaned across the counter the entire time talking to a girl that work there, which I would have to assume was his girlfriend. I left that restaurant...
