Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

Went here once for breakfast and was given chicken nuggets instead of hashbrowns? After that experience I didn't have high hopes for this brand new BK but I decided to give them one more chance when my sugar drastically dropped while driving home and I needed something to eat to keep from going in to a diabetic coma. I ordered 1 Whopper JR with cheese, no tomato...nothing else. I pulled to the window and paid, then I was promptly asked to park, even though I was their only customer at the time. I waited 25 minutes and watched about 8 other cars come and go. I got out of my car and went in to find my burger sitting on the counter in a bag while the staff was playing tag or some other similar game that was loud and had a lot of horse play. I am assuming that in their excitement they forgot I was waiting for my little "value" burger. I checked my food before I left, it was made wrong and was cold. The manager did not offer to make it over or even offer an apology, they just sort of stared at me like they were dead inside. I requested my money back and went across the street to buy a coke from the gas station for my dropping sugar, which I admit, I should have done that in the first place. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Long waits, terrible food, and a staff that doesn't care. Pretty sad since the location is great but for a new store the service AND product are horrendous. Should have learned after they confused nuggets for hash browns...not a terrible mistake because, nuggets! BUT I probably should have taken the hint that the staff here aren't the sharpest tools in the shed and there is a reason this BK is as bad as it is. Drive the extra few miles to the McDonald's...

ZERO STARS. First off, I never see any managers or adults working here. It’s just kids running the place. Second, I get working fast food isn’t fun, but if you hate your job so much that you have no pride in your performance or enough self respect to give a care, then you should find another job. People are paying money for a meal. The least you can do is give them the right order. $22 is not worth BK, might as well have gone to a restaurant. Once again, the fries were unsalted and the food was cold. But nothing is worth ordering and paying for plant based burgers and receiving beef. This was supposed to be our dinner and our first meal of the day. I’m not ordering the impossible whopper to make your life harder, I don’t eat meat. Idk how many extra steps it takes you, if any, to grab the impossible instead. And whoppers don’t even come with cheese, yet they some how put cheese on there. They must’ve grabbed the burger and re-wrapped it with the impossible paper. But we can obviously tell the difference between the beef and...

This location has terrible service. The first time I went through their drive through, the attendant taking the payment had me sit at her window before pulling forward (3 minutes) and there was no car at the pick up window. Yesterday, I wanted to give them another chance. Pulled up to the right side drive through speaker at 11:21am. There were two cars in the left lane. Those two cars plus a third pulled around and still no speaker. So, thinking the speaker was out, I drove around the building and entered the left lane. The speaker indicated "Just a moment, please" so I waited, and waited and waited. Another car entered the right lane, their order was taken, and they pulled around. So I waited again and after another 2 minutes, I drove away. As I pulled away I saw that the cars in line at the first window had not moved. All were still waiting for their orders. So, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I won't be back and will be...
