I ordered online, which means my order was clearly in print for the staff to read. The restaurant was not overly busy. I pick up my order, drive to my destination, and find my waffle is not in the bag. I drive back and ask for it. I'm told, "Oh, it just came out." This was 35-40 mins after I had left with my food the first time. I was nice, said thank you. I understand that things happen. I get back to my destination and sit down to eat. (I did not think to check my other container of food...I shouldn't have to). My hashbrowns were poorly cooked and missing the (topped) - chili that I ordered. My eggs that I ordered scrambled were sunny side up. I had to cook my eggs in the microwave (if you've ever had to do that, it smells). I was not going to drive back 30 mins one way...again! I can't imagine calling and complaining would do much good. If your employees are all that slack, then you (the manager) must not be running the "tight ship" you should be. ABSOLUTELY NOT an awful WAFFLE!! FOOD: For breakfast perfection indulge yourself with the All Star. The eggs were the epitome of over well, the biscuit was toasted to buttery goodness, the extra crispy hash browns, and the bacon was so crispy. Then there's the waffle - oh yeah (the penultimate breakfast dessert). I top it for butter and grape jelly. Try it sometime (thank me later) Service: ASK for Red the Ragin Cajun. She makes breakfast fun!!! What a love. I felt like my every desire was taken care of. (Again, thank me later) The chef was organized, neat, quick and made some DARN GOOD breakfast grub.
