Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

This review is a few days late because I been trying to let it go. Hopefully this review is read by a manager...i come to this Burger King alot because my twin 6 year old daughters love it. My wife orders from her multiple times during the week and I normally come on the weekend mornings and the girl who I believe is the Manager has corrected my order a couple times and was always really nice about it. Well on Saturday 3/8/25 I swing threw the drive threw and grab all the kids that was at my home food and the order consisted of 2 - 12 piece chicken fry combos with fries and sweet tea 1- Original chicken sandwich plain with fries and sweet tea, 1- bacon double cheeseburger 1 -Original chicken sandwich 4 extra BBQ sauces 2 Hershey chocolate pies. 4 sweet teas When i arrive at the window to get my food she hands me 1 medium size bag and I asked her.. "did all that really fit in this bag?" And the girl said " yes sir, we got you covered" " i even put a few extra BBQ sauces in there for you!" I said thank you so much and pulled up finish sending my email and then I looked at the receipt and thought to myself....well it all seems to be here....10 minutes later I arrive at home, I then give the kids there drinks and start passing out food and realize they didn't give me no fries and shorted me 1 - 12 peice chicken fry as well, so now I got upset hungry kids and I hoped into my truck and run back up there and let the manger know i was just here 20 minutes ago and my order was missing all the fries and also a 12 peice chicken fry Well then she walks over to the girl working the drive threw and they both start treating me like I'm up there trying to get free food in front of a whole line of people! Embarrassed the crap outta me....so i wait my turn and order a 12 peice churro and offer to pay for the fries and 12 peice chicken fry that was left out and the girl who appears to be the Manager said no I'm going to replace it with this smug attitude and I'm thinking ...WOW.....NO MAAM YOUR NOT REPLACING ANYTHING ..YOUR GIVING ME WHAT I PAID FOR... But I keep my cool...get the food that I didn't receive in the original order and I get back home and realize they didn't give me my 2 Hershey pies neither nor did I get the 12 peice churro I ordered.....but I refuse to be treated as if I'm a liar trying to get free food... so I just chalked that up as a lose .. I guess because I was so embarrassed from being treated like a crook in front of everyone my mind wasn't thinking correctly and I was also trying g to hurry back home to the hungry kiddos before there food got to cold.. I would never waist my time to go all the way back to burger king and allow all the other food to get cold for some free fries....smh...from now on I guess I need to be the guy who pulls everything out the bag to make sure nothing is missing and everything is correct while holding...

Typically I have an okay experience here. BUT, tonight they were not busy in the dinning area, and they had 2 cashiers, one had just taken an order and both were standing at fry station more concerned with the kitchen gossip than taking my order. Both turned and looked at me when one (Shakirah) walked towards the register looking dead in my face, only to keep going into kitchen area. The other cashier seen the look on my face and promptly took my order. The manager came to do something in the drawer belonging to the girl who politely took my order, leaving only Shakirah's station available to take orders. A gentleman walked up to order (again both cashiers are at the fry station, Shakirah is playing on her cell) and the manager informs the customer that he's not available to take his order but the other register is open. Now, Shakirah heard this because she looked at the manager and still turned back to the fry station; placed her left hand in her back pocket and right hand went inside her shirt to scratch her shoulder, only after she checked her cell phone again!!! This chick didn't even wash her hands afterward and proceeded to make fry orders!!! NASTY!!! It took the manager informing Shakirah that she had a customer, as if she didn't know!!! $15.00 per hour?!?! I think not!!! I know people who SAVE LIVES for a living yet do not make $15.00 per hour!!! If you do not like your job, I am sure there is someone out there that would greatly appreciate the position, so just clock out...

Was there last Friday, June 27th around 3:45. Took forever waiting in drive thru with 1 car ahead of me to even place order. When I got to the window, the girl handed me a bag and closed the window. I ordered a meal but got no drink so had to wait for the woman to look back at me to ask for my drink. She got an attitude immediately aka slammed the door and proceeded to fix my drink. Luckily I looked at receipt and it said diet, I ordered a coke. When she opened window again, I asked was that diet and she said yes, I said well I ordered a coke, not diet. Boy did that piss her off. She slammed the window again, threw her headset off her head onto counter and made my new drink. Opened window again, handed me drink and slammed window again. I said "thank you". I drive that route multiple times a month but will not be stopping there again. Serious horrible attitude by that employee. Would like if management would reach out....very...
