Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

You need to re-train Brandy, if she's ever been trained AT ALL. Every time I have been, she has taken my usually okay sandwich and turned it into a pool of mayo and mustard, or starts my sandwich and puts enough meat on my sandwich to feed a mouse a snack.

Not only does she put obviously small amounts of meat (three slices of turkey on a 6 inch titan turkey and no extra cheese that it's supposed to come with), she goes from smoking cigarettes right outside the door to being inside by the food with unruly hair.

She made my sandwich and put three slices of turkey on a titan turkey when I paid for double meat. No extra cheese. I paid for 2 cheese rollups, and she somehow managed to stuff grilled chicken in there.

In the few minutes I was in the lobby, she went on a smoke break, came inside, scratched her hair near the food, and then went back outside again.

And this was on an online order. I'm looking at my recipt and it doesn't say grilled chicken anywhere? If your employees cannot read a simple order and make it, there is a problem. This is not how Subway has been in the past, and I'm left wondering where the managers are to at least watch her, because which how bad she keeps messing up, you can't do much to fix the sandwich.

My experience here was horrible . I work at the subway in Florence and after visiting here I now would never go to subway. My friend and I ordered a BMT and a Carved Turkey Bacon both 6 inch. She charged us for two foot longs and a chip and drink. My friend wanted the simple six . She then said we should've said the simple six. When a six inch BMT should only cost 4.75. Then 6.05 with the chips and drink. Then after we told her that she gave us a fountain drink for making us spend so much. I spent 19$ when I should've spent 15$ . I will never come here again. After this she tries to put the money she owed me back on my card. I then swipe and look at my account to see if the money went on there and she charged me 15$ . I tell her and show her on the bank website and she says it should be on there tomorrow. I told her okay I'll be back tomorrow and she yells "okay our owner will be here tomorrow". Show me respect man not my fault...

Recently I've noticed the older lady when making subs is getting sloppy. Today she rubbed her shirt all against a sub I ordered while leaning for toppings. The other artists, I noticed, did not. She seem like she was in such a rush and generally aggravated to be there. It's just sad after working there all those years it's taken a toll on her apparently. You spend nearly 10$ for a sandwich, and you expect a level of quality. I went to Subway on BeltLine the other day, and it's Soo much better than Darlington.
