My first time there was about a month ago for lunch. It was ok, but the vegetables were too sweet. Today everything was ok. Second pan of Mac and cheese could have stayed in the oven longer. Not sure if I will return for “buffet”. I feel it is a little pricey to say I can’t dip my own food. There is a sign that says they dip due to COVID. COVID is more controlled now and if that is why you are dipping your staff should be wearing masks as well with their gloves. Are you trying to control food cost or is it because of COVID?? Make it make sense. Also, desserts should have Saran Wrap or some kind of covering. They should not be sitting out in the open in regards to COVID. Buffet was not stocked as it should be. With them fixing the plates it made the line longer. Things not stocked and having to go back and forth was very aggravating and our food got cold while waiting. My breakfast was delicious especially the sausage and the fresh from scratch biscuit. Eggs pancakes and grits were good too. No complaints about the service or the food. However once I finish my meal and paid I figured I would hit the men’s room before getting on the road. From the moment, I opened the men’s room the stench slapped me into face and I gagged as if I had just walked into a porta potty sitting out in the hot sun for a week. Upon making my way to the urinal and seeing the condition of the bathroom, I would say it has not been cleaned properly in quite some. Well I can definitely say I wasn't pleased with the service they ran out of food and it was just after 12 so that was a disappointment. And when it was your turn to get your plate the 3 waitress that where standing behind the hot bar didn't look happy to see you not one had a smile on nor said hi how can we help no customer service at all . When you let them know what you wanted on your plate it was a very small amount of food I doubt I will be back for the 12.10 I spent today wasn't worth it . Sorry...
