Coronados mexican restaurant — Restaurant in South Carolina

I had my first Coronado experience this week and I must say to all that you must try! I was greeted upon arrival, my server Daniel was very nice. They all pitched in and helped one another to serve me and my friend. I pay attention to small things like that. I ordered the 3 fajita lunch special and I am still very much surprised at the deal! I got steak, shrimp and chicken, beans and rice, and a salad for 8.99. I will definitely be back to get that deal! I even had leftovers to take home! It was delicious! The atmosphere is laid back. I wouldn't say it is top tier fancy but who cares when you get good service and the food is good! The restaurant was clean. I will say they may need new menus is about the only point I'll knock off but otherwise I will continue to keep coming back! I recommend highly! I read some really good reviews about this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try. Not impressed, the food was nothing to be amazed about, the service was regular, I'm not sure if the person attending our table had little experience doing that kind of work; but she was cordial and amicable, she didn't offer refills or came by the table to check on us until the time to bring the ticket. Going back to the food, rice was overcooked, not burnt but extremely soft, almost to the point to become a paste instead of the normal thing, the chimichanga I ordered was okay, it probably needed a little more of deep frying time , again kind of too soft, when it supposedly to be crunchy. Prices are a little too high for the quality I'm talking about, overall not a fully disappointment but nothing worth coming back to...

Today l have very bad experience to order food from this place. I order food from Door Dash page and l don't have nothing to complain delivery service excellent but food what l resived wos horrible. Burritos if that can call Burritos l don't give to my dog! Some meat with onion only wos wrapped and cower with cheese! I don't know who and how cook and how can forget put others ingredients.. maybe tomuch working and end day gat tired or just make my food from leftovers what they have..l don't know but after first bite everything fly to the trash!
