I've had an up & down relationship with this particular location for about two years now. Initially, they always provided good service until one day, all of a sudden, they don't deliver to my location then proceeded to direct me to another store. Upon calling the other store, they told me what i already knew, that the previous store was the store for my area. When I called back and explained to them that their must be some mistake and that I order from them a lot the manager was very rude. I decided then that I wouldn't spend my money with them anymore and only bought Pizza Hut for almost a year. Now i live elsewhere, but literally ten minutes from my old home and now they deliver to my area again. Ok, so I give them another shot and the first two times everything was great, the last two times my order was incorrect. The manager got a little testy with me but she did resolve my issues. A few weeks ago they delivered a brown salad and when I called they sent over a fresh one right away. I'm reading the other reviews and although my experience hasn't been the best, it definitely hasn't been the worst as I've read. I've only had to wait an hour once and they called me to explain to me why. As long as I have no more problems, they get four stars. If I do, I'm coming back and changing my review to a 2. Currently waiting on a new order as I type.
UPDATE: Delivery time wasn't bad but my pizza was cold. You guys deserve two stars but because of your delivery driver Dennis, I give you four. What a beautiful spirit that man has! My pizza was cold,. Keep that angel on your team, you guys NEED his spirit. From now on I will call ahead to see if he's working and if he can't deliver my food then I will not order.    Read moreHorrible experience... Came in today order two pizzas.. I did the two for $6.99 .. which I always do as a Domino's reward member... I have never eaten at this location and for sure will not be returning. One of my pizzas were not made correct.. payed the female cashier my money.. told the pizza maker it was okay when my order was not made correct.. Close enough!.. when my second pizza was ready the manager named Chris.. grab the pizzas and says you haven't paid yet I told him I did I paid the female at the register and she confirmed.. he then hands me my pizza with attitude and has a very smart mouth.. I asked for paper plates and a pack of Parmesan cheese.. I have two medium pizzas he brings me two single packs of Parmesan I asked him may I have one or two more keep in mind I have two pizzas .. He already was rude... Parmesan packs are usually given out .. I didn't ask for a unreasonable amount .. usually free at most locations I've been to...if you want to buy parmesan cheese in a tub they will sell it to you.. Chris the manager was straight up RUDE and unprofessional... I told him sure that is not a problem he takes my debit card after I made my purchase charged me for my order twice that is still pending on my debit card now just to charge me for two little packs of Parmesan cheese that was less than a dollar but charged me additional he really was being just a real douche... So I swipe my debit card .. I had to swipe my debit card twice now...charged me twice and have not received my refund .. I gave him back the pizzas and now I am just waiting for my money to return back to my card...I do not recommend this location... please do...
   Read moreIf I could give a zero, I would. I am very frustrated that I was treated very poorly as I am a repeat customer. I was treated as if my time and money didn't matter. Today I ordered 2 pizzas and was told it would be ready within 20 mins. I arrived within 30 mins thinking my pizzas would be ready and I could pick them up at the drive-thru window. I waited 10 mins at the window before having to make a call just so someone could even acknowledge that I was at the window. A female answered and told me the person who works the window was on the phone and would be with me shortly. I waited another 5 mins before deciding to go inside the store. When I get inside the store I see the female, who I'm assuming works the window, on the phone trying to reconcile a failed payment. What's even more frustrating, I see 10 or more employees during random things. Once someone decided to acknowledge and help me, I expressed how frustrated I was that I had been waiting without being acknowledged. The female employee referred me to her manager who could care less. She even expressed her unconcern by throwing up her hands like, oh well. Not once did she Express any empathy or give an apology. I was very shocked that she thought it was okay to run a business in that manner. I think that corporate should re-evaluate who they have running these stores because I can foresee this store losing a lot of business for poor customer service. This store will no longer get...
