I have an extensive clinical, healthcare management & project management background. Something is very off and wrong with the manager Celeste. Please consider thoroughly evaluating the management and staff of Dominoes Hwy 9: When I was handed my order, I checked the pizza at the counter before leaving. I ordered through my saved favorites and noticed a topping was missing. I discussed this with the cashier and he pointed out my receipt read what they made despite this not being on my saved favorites. My best guess was that there was some sort of tech issue with the saved favorites feature online. I asked if he would be able to add the topping, which I did not have an issue with paying for. He referred me to the manager, Celeste. She said that she would not be able to add "cold pepperoni" to my pizza, which I never asked her to add raw meat to my order. She continued making several demeaning remarks about my request, which were multiple different variations of her inital comments demonstrating poor insight. Mind you, I was not rude to her since my goal was to find solutions about the error. I noticed quickly she is unstable and has concerning behavioral issues. She blamed me for the order instead of listening to what I stated above. I then asked if they could add garlic instead since the pizza is dry. I did not mind purchasing. (The pizza maker often honors this request for adding garlic directly to the pizza. He did this for me last week). Again, condescendingly, she ignored what I requested and grabbed 1 garlic cup for a large pizza. I repeated myself again, which she continued with a nasty tone, "I will not add garlic and whoever did that was not suppose to. Everyone doesn't get what they want. You ordered wrong. That is your fault. You can buy a 3rd pizza. I will not trash the pizza. Garlic is already on there. You need to leave the store now. You are complaining". I never asked her to trash the pizza. I absolutely told her that there was no reason for her to be disrespectful and condescending toward me when adding garlic is done routinely. She says, "Garlic is already on your pizza. I don't know why you are still standing here complaining. You need to leave. You won't get your way". Her tone and way of handling basic situations was escalated with extremely bizarre, quite ignorant, and unprofessional mannerisms. I asked for her manager's name to escalate this to. She said, "He doesn't have an office and I am not giving you his personal cell phone number. Go Google numbers online". Again, inappropriate and odd response as I never asked for his personal cell phone. She initally refused to give me names. After sternly asking for a 3rd time, she told me that her manager's name has the same last name as hers. She didn't even have a name tag on. That is the only time Celeste appeared to smile but it obviously was not rooted in friendliness but rooted in poor communication, inappropriate behaviors, lack of professionalism and poor basic problem solving skill set. Her behavior is not appropriate and she is ill fitting for a management position. This was a simple solution that did not require the actions and attitude she comits to. She is definitely unfit in this role as she has 0 emotional regulation and has taken something so small extremely personal in the way she responded letting me know her personal relationship with her manager. I also asked for his manager's name and she refused to give me their name and contact information. Her response was, "Go ask him instead when you find his number online". Absolutely disgusting customer service and a horrible way of speaking to anyone. As I was leaving, she was saying how she is "not sorry" and " I can't get my way". Unfortunately, she has very poor insight. I absolutely wished her to get help and to be better. She continues repeating herself as I am walking out. Please take the time to thoroughly evaluate Celeste, her immediate superior manager, and the staff. This is not the only poor rating this place has had and it all stems from...
Read moreI ordered online tonight on my way home from town. Went to store and patiently waited outside in my truck u til the tracker said my pizza was ready before heading inside. Once inside Olivia asked my name and looked my my pies, she said it wasn't ready and to give them 20 min.
I examined I didn't understand how the tracker could say it was done while she was telling me it hadn't been started.i went to truck to make sure I ordered from correct store and once verified I went back inside.
After being told again it wasn't started I politely asked to cancel the order, this is where things get REALLY bad. The "manager" Misty came over to help Olivia and immediately had a nasty attitude. I again explained that I was just trying to understand how the tracker said done when it wasn't started. She snapped at me they have no control over that.
I asked her to please lose the attitude as I hadn't been rude at all or Loyd in any way. This incensed her and she started talking about I needed to leave or she would trespass me....mind you I still don't have my food nor was my order canceled as she was to concerned with being nasty towars me.
I'at this point Olivia found that my pizzas were in fact ready and on the shelf, she tried to give them to me and Misty yelled NO at her, "he doesn't get them"
I told ger I paid for them and they were mine, again she said she would trespass me, told her to do ut then because she was stealing from me by not refunding or releasing my food.
She went in the back with her cel phone, no idea if she called or not. Olivia again trying to be a real professional gave me .y food and apologized. I told her I was sorry she had to work with that woman and that I'd be waiting on my truck for the police (no reason to leave if she actually called since they have my name) after 20 min I left but I will NEVER use this store again so long as Misty still has a job. She is rude, unprofessional and I'll equipped to...
Read moreI have received Domino’s delivery service multiple times…..each being appropriate services. Today, I placed an order for a simple pepperoni pizza and 16 parm-bite. After being notified that my order was delivered……I received nothing. I walked around the entirety of my complex, and saw no pizza and bites in front of someone else’s door. I proceeded to call, asking if something had happened. Emma, her name was possibly? To whomever was working to go phone services on Sat March 23 at 1:00 pm. You did not have me on hold for your other phones calls :) After you proceeded to tell Lisa, the delivery driver who insisted on she knocked on my door, you “really don’t feel like remaking this order”. Lisa was then asked to return to my complex, ask whomever / wherever the pizza was delivered to for the order back, and bring it to me. I then said I would either like a refund or a NEW ORDER that I would NOT be eating after a stranger. Excuse me if I have the name wrong, but Miss Emma then proceeded to say that my “$3.70 tip can have a fantastic day” and hung the phone up! I called again, just asking to place a delivery order……..which then she says “We can not deliver to that address for the rest of the day”. To both of you young ladies……….grow up, own up to your mistakes, fix them, resolve them, learn from them, and move on. To the manager telling her to try and retrieve and RE DELIVER THE SAME ORDER. Shame on you. That is disgusting and disgraceful. Shame on...
