To be honest I don't know. It is now 11:49pm. I ordered at 10:25pm, only because it stated online it would take an estimated 28 minutes to for my pizza to be delivered. I figured I would order verses just driving to McDonalds. I wish I had just drove because I would have been able to eat and go to bed. As of this moment the tracker says "delivered" but I have no pizza. I called the store twice, ones because it was stuck on "quality check" for 30 minutes and again when it said "delivered" for about 25 minutes. I was told the first time I called "it is on the way" and the 2nd time I called "we are down to one driver, and he took all the deliveries with him. I don't know where he is" Now the stores closes at 12:00pm. I was hoping to eat and be sleeping by now but I guess I have to wait for this pizza. Now if I just cut my lights off and go to bed, some random delivery person my wake me up, so I can't just go to sleep. I am highly disappointed. This isn't the only time I have been disappointed but this is the first time I have to voice my opinion and I will file a complaint with the BBB because if you don't have the power to deliver, don't allow online ordering. Just turn it off and only allow people to order over the phone and let them know of any delays. UPDATE: It is now 12:11pm and they are closed. Still no pizza. Going to just drive to McDonalds like I should have so I don't go to bed hungry. UPDATE 2: As I am getting ready to leave. I hear someone blowing the horn outside. I figure, this can't be my house. It is 12:15pm. This must be a neighbor. Then I hear it again, so I walk towards my front door to look at the window and I see lights in the drive way. I am like, oh someone is really outside blowing the horn. Of course I don't go out because I don't know who it is. Eventually someone comes to the door and I ask who is it. At first they don't answer, then they state dominos and I am like. Really, damn near 2 hours late. I open the door, he looks at me and tells me my total. I paid online with a credit card however so he says oh don't worry about it then leaves. My pizza is cold, my soda is warm. I guess I can microwave it. I will update my message to the BBB later but geez, a 28 minute wait turned into almost 2 hours. I understand it is one driver so I guess I can't "fault" them but if you are understaffed then you need to either hire more or call people who order and let them know whats going on. Read moreYesterday after having a long 12 hour shift, I decided to stop by this location for food(pizza and wings).Upon me entering in with my neighbor, the cashier unpleasantly instructed us that there could only be one of us there at time. I look at the menu and then allowed my neighbor and I to switch places. we thought we could order inside then the lady rudely told us to order online or call in the order. i left to go outside and came back in to ask a question and the lady stated to me I have to wait outside an that she told me already and said are you slow or something(under her breath but loud enough for me to hear).I then explained I had a long week working 72 hours since last Saturday so I was delirious not slow. i then did as she instructed. i called and got a Teleprompter. the gentleman next to me called and got an automatic answer. the lady instructed me to hang up and call back(through hand gestures thru window).Called back and because I had two orders had to be directed to a worker. They picked up and didn't say anything.and I watched as they did it because they were right there by the phone and computer.i tried Twice before leaving and the gentleman beside me had a complicated as well and left.I tried several times to contact management about the customer service I had experience,where im railed road by the employees.i couldn't list everything I experience on here but they need better and quality workers,whose willing to work and treat people like people.ive always ordered from here and never had an experience like this before. Read moreOrdered pizza online, was cancelled. No one called to tell us. Waited over an hour past delivery time. Called was told could come pick up that their driver quit they had no one to deliver. Arrive at location there were THREE delivery drivers cars in parking lot. The older, heavy set "so called manager" told us she had in fact cancelled BOTH our delivery and pickup orders and accused my wife of using racial slurs on the phone when it was me that ordered online and talked to her on the phone. No one here uses language like that. No one. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location. The "manager" ended up calling cops on my wife Becuase my wife asked why we were told to pick up and no drivers. And then threathened with bodily harm. And then THREE hours after our original on line order the delivery driver knocks on our door with our order. What's joke this place is. They cancelled someone order but it apparently wasn't even the RIGHT order because apparently they were too busy to handle a few orders. Worst customer service in years very incompetent and rude.
