I tried to order breakfast from Flatwood Grill while I waited to board my flight. Even though I was in the que (there was no line) the girl taking orders was more interested in carrying on a conversation with 2 other airport employees who were standing off to the side.
Tired of being ignored I approached the counter and stood directly in front of her. No acknowledgement that I existed and it was clear that she was going to finish her conversation before taking my order.
When the 2 airport employees finally left she looked at me and asked what I wanted. I ordered the 2 egg, bacon and hashbrown plate, but was informed that they "don't have hashbrowns", even though it was on the menu. Ok... Although they were not busy, I can understand maybe they just ran out of hashbrowns. Then I ordered the biscuit and gravy, only to be told "we don't have that". So I asked, "what do you have" as I had tried to order about 20% of the breakfast menu with those two requests. She replied, "Not that", I politely said "thanks" and walked away. I guess I was supposed to stand there and try to order each thing on the menu so I could find out what they did have.
She was rude and totally disinterest in serving me. I fly through GSP several times a year as I prefer it to CLT, but I won't be giving Flatwood Grill any...

I waited 17 minutes for him to take my order the 5 minutes for the food. No hello. No thank yous..No GOOD BYE. Really now the managers should take a look at the poor service...
