While the service from Krystal was truly excellent and a definite highlight, unfortunately, the pizza experience at Wolfgang Puck was highly disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a brand of this caliber. My initial pizza arrived visibly undercooked on one side and burned on the other, with an excessive amount of flour on the bottom. This is a clear indicator of either a new chef who either lacks proper training in pizza cooking and isn't adequately rotating the pizza in the oven. Cooking is both a science and an art, and mastering temperature and timing, among other variables like dough hydration and fineness of the flour are all crucial, especially for pizza. When an attempt was made to rectify the issue, the pizza was simply thrown back into the oven for a longer period, resulting in it becoming completely overcooked. Ultimately, I had to request a full remake, opting for a simpler, cheaper pepperoni version instead of the original meat pizza. Even this third pizza, the pepperoni, still had several slices that were scorched on the edges, again due to improper cooking. While I didn't ask for the price difference back or ask to have it made yet again, the overall experience was far below the standard expected from Wolfgang Puck. I was informed there were only two chefs on staff and they were busy. This points to a significant operational issue – either the current staff needs to work more efficiently to handle the volume, more chefs are required in the kitchen, or the implementation of automation/robotics should be considered to maintain quality and speed. For a renowned culinary name like Wolfgang Puck, consistency and quality are paramount. I hope these issues are addressed to ensure future diners receive the high-quality experience associated...

We had a flight cancelation of a 6:20 am flight and were rescheduled for a 5:45PM flight. We had to spend the day in the airport. Went to Wolfgang Puck's kitchen and ordered an omelet and tried to order lunch but they weren't serving lunch yet so settled for some to go items. After waiting for 20 minutes I went to find the "hostess" to find out where my omelet was. She glanced my way and then went the other way. By this time the dining room was open and lunch was being served so we went into the DR and we're told we couldn't go in there bc we only ordered to go food. I told them we had also ordered an omelet so they let us sit at the bar. No table service for us. While sitting at the bar the bartender asked if we wanted menus. We told him we were waiting for an omelet. He went to the kitchen and inquired, came back and said the kitchen didn't have any orders. I told him we paid for the omelet. He said we had to take it up with the "hostess". She came over and said "what do you want". I said we would like our omelet. She said "we are no longer serving breakfast". I said, "just refund my money then." She came back, threw the money at us and left. This young woman has absolutely no idea of customer service. I 've never encountered a ruder or more surly individual. The food we did eat was good but the actions of your employee was not called for. If she doesn't like her job, she should quit and not take it out on unsuspecting customers. Having our flight canceled and then rescheduled necessitating spending the first day of our vacation in the airport was bad enough. But her attitude and rude behavior was totally uncalled for. If I could give negative stars for service, ...

I had an exceptional dining experience at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck in GSP Airport! I wasn’t expecting airport dining to be so impressive, but this restaurant really exceeded my expectations. From the modern, cozy ambiance to the attentive service, everything was top-notch.

Our server, CJ, was a standout. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely passionate about the menu, he made us feel welcome right away. CJ gave us great recommendations, including some insight into Wolfgang Puck’s signature dishes, and he checked in often enough to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

The food was phenomenal. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs based on CJ’s recommendation, and it was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. We also tried the calamari, which was fresh and delicious—perfect for sharing. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality, living up to Wolfgang Puck’s reputation.

It’s rare to find such great service and high-quality food in an airport, and I’d go out of my way to eat here again. If you’re passing through GSP, The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck is a must-visit! Five stars, hands down, with a big shoutout to CJ for making our experience...

Upon arrival, the host seemed preoccupied with a conversation, which led to a lack of attention - missing silverware. I had to walk-up to the bar to get a set. Definitely the type of table service I expected! The food arrived promptly but the service took a downturn afterward. My server, Jada, didn’t check in at all during my meal, despite the restaurant being far from busy. This lack of attentiveness left me feeling overlooked. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that they do not offer a military discount, which is often standard at many establishments. Overall, while the food quality was average, the service left much to be desired.

Because we had a late hour departure out of GSP only the bar was still open, but we were happy to order two Bombay Sapphire martinis before boarding for our short flight to Charlotte and then Bradley. Our flight schedule from beginning to end did not allow us any time to check out any terminal eatery, unfortunately, as we had planned. Wolfgang Puck is always a reliable Chef brand and if you find yourself going through this airport in Greer, South Carolina, good food and drinks will be served. A bar with two sides presents one look of the terminal activity and the other a nice view of an outside fountain.
