Guys Pizza 81 — Restaurant in South Carolina

I ordered a Chefs salad to-go today and was craving it while i was in town (i live 30 mins away from the location) since last time i got it, it was really good! This time when i get home and open my box im left with no DRESSING, no crackers, no HAM, and just honestly not enough toppings in general. I did ask for no tomatoes or olives and for the lettuce to be separated so it wouldn’t get soggy and they were more than happy to make those requests. I waited 12 minutes for this salad and I can’t really understand why because there were about 2 couples eating in and there’s nothing you have to cook for this, and some of the most important parts of the salad was left off anyways. They were friendly and very nice as always, and I did tip them although it was not deserved. Maybe I should’ve checked the box before I left but i’ve never had a problem with the restaurant before. Honestly just dissapointed and saddened that I couldn’t enjoy what I had expected to be a beautiful delicious salad, and it wasn’t worth it to drive another 30 minutes just for them to make me...

Probably won't be eating here again. Arrived around 5:40 p.m.. Placed our order of 10 wings, a gluten free pizza, and bread sticks. At 6:45 we still haven't received our food even though people who came in later than us had already gotten their food and almost done eating. So we asked about our food and they told us it would be just a few more minutes that it was in the oven. 15 minutes later they come back saying they lost the ticket and didn't know what we had ordered. So didn't receive any food and of course I have to now wait up to 7 days for a refund. You would do better going to Papa Johns. Disappointed at the service at Guys Pizza at their own mistake and don't plan on going back. This is my go-to pizza place. It's possibly the best pizza I've had from a restaurant, and I've eaten a lot of pizza in my time. The counter staff is super efficient and know what they're doing even at peak times. Pizza cooks have this down pat! Consistent pizzas, calzones, and stromboli every time. The crust is some of the best I've ever had and they're generous with the toppings. I usually get one of their specials: one large with one topping and one medium specialty pizza for about $20.
