This last experience at this Subway was my last. I've been here many times, simply because of the convenience of the proximity to my house, but I'll take the extra minutes to drive to another Subway with better ownership/management.
I placed an order for pickup at 6:59PM. App says it will be ready at 7:15PM but I have ordered at least 4 other times and it has always been later than the quoted time so I intentionally placed it knowing I'd be late to pickup. I got there at ~7:20PM and the lady at the counter is still working on it (note there are no other customers in the store) and she says that due to an employee messing up the order they had to remake it so that was the delay. Not a big deal, a little frustrating but a few minutes won't kill me. I get my food and thank her and leave.
When I get home, I open the subs and realize that the order is completely wrong. They put the toppings from sub #1 onto sub #2 and vice versa. I double checked the receipt to make sure I didn't enter it wrong on the app, and after confirming I didn't I was very irate. So now I have a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub that has no chicken on it but instead pepperoni, salami, and ham or something. My wife's was wrong too so I went up to the restaurant and just wanted a refund at this point because I had already made up my mind that this was the final time I'd be back.
I get there and tell the lady who made the sub about it (note the place is still empty at this point) and she tells me to throw those away and she'll make new ones. I stated I just wanted a refund at this point and not to bother with the new subs. She took the receipt and looked at it and rolled her eyes and at this point it felt like I was inconveniencing her by not sticking with my incorrectly made subs. She eventually had some teenage-looking kid come over and help issue a cash refund for my meal (thank God, not sure I would have ever got it if it had to be refunded to my card) and I was on my way.
I chalk this up to poor ownership/management because it's been a repeated issue and I have seen a owner or manager there maybe once. They clearly don't care enough to hire or at least train quality help and that's the worst mistake of all in my opinion. Do yourself a favor, and go to the other Subway on the other side of 81, or go to the one on Clemson Boulevard where they value...

The estimated time for delivery was 20 minutes. 6:00 rolls around and the app is showing they havenāt even started preparing the subs. I call and ask if they have started because if so Iād come get them, if not to just cancel it and id order something different. He said heād cancel the order. I asked if the refund would be applied to my card and the employee said yes. I still havenāt been refunded as of 10/18/21. About 10 minutes after I hung up the app shows the subs being prepared and about 10 minutes after that it shows them being delivered. My app still shows me getting subs I never received. Iāve called to speak to the manager about getting it settled and they havenāt or wonāt return a call. Iāve submitted something to corporate because you canāt speak to a human there. I mean MAYBE the food is good. I donāt know. They apparently enjoy taking money in exchange for not giving their customers goods and services and then literally not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered an Elite Chicken and Bacon Ranch Footlong, with 50% more meat, today from this Subway. When I got home and proceeded to eat the Sub I realized something wasn't right. I opened up the Sub and looked at the ingredients, I immediately seen there were NO strips of chicken whatsoever, just very small crumbles of chicken, like from the trays they portion the meats in. This was intentionally done, no one in their right mind could have mistakenly done this. I had also purchased another Sub with 50% more meat, which didn't look like there was more meat on it. This is what I get for using the FLBOGO coupon code they have been advertising. I believe this situation is worthy of contacting Subway Corporate over, along with the pictures I have. I know factually that the owner of this particular Subway does not like to take coupons, although he clearly benefits from the advertisement of the coupons, especially the ones that says his store is a participating store...
