WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have been coming to the store on the regular for breakfast for the past 6 years visiting sometimes 1-4 times a week, no issues…but after this morning, i made the decision this store is NOT getting none of my money again!
i placed a order online after dropping my kids off for school, got to the restaurant, they said they didn’t have the items from the app i saw for this store….MIND YOU, the app still says processing, not delayed, not cancelled…i told them the items i want to substitute to satisfy my order, they refused and told me to cancel my order…here i am all over the app and there’s no option for me to cancel..they told me to pull forward and after a min, i saw my order was showing complete…
Waiting and waiting…THEY HAD ME PULLED UP FOR OVER 10 MINUTES!! I called the store instead of going in and immediately spoke with management…seems like she didn’t know what’s going on but i asked her what’s the hold up, why pull me forward and it’s been over 10 mins… her reply is “they got busy, we forgot about you”
HOW YOU CAN YOU FORGET ABOUT A CUSTOMER WHEN 10+ CARS IS GOING AROUND ME!!??!?!!!!! AND I KNOW FOR A FACT YALL CAN SEE ME FROM THE INSIDE!!!! I HAVE A WHITE CAR!

Read moreI pulled in at 1015 to get breakfast I get out the car to go in the door its locked. I get back in my car and get in line it takes 15 mins to get the orders for the two cars in front. When I finally make it to the order box. Nothing is said and I wait about 5 mins and then say hello. A rude lady then proceeds to tell me that they are super busy on the inside and that's what's taking so long. Which is funny cause the door is locked so how can people be inside. Then 5 mins after that she finally take my order. I pull forward and surprise no one is inside.. She asks me my order again which is two sausage biscuits. But some how forgot in the 10 secs it took me to drive to the window. As I'm sitting there waiting on my food a customer tries to enter and no surprise it's locked. I wait 15 more mins for two sausage biscuits. It took a total of about 40 mins for me to get two sausage biscuits this is not fast food smh.
