Hardee’s — Restaurant in South Carolina

Ordered the number 2 combo today. The person who took my order clearly doesnt want to be working the drive thru. He wasnt rude, but wasnt a nice person at all. Barely talked and has zero customer service skills. I was the only car in the drive thru and they pulled me forward. Not a single car came through the drive thru while I was there. Made no sense to pull me forward. You are worried about service times? Well I know I waited the 10 minutes I sat there. Was brought my food 10 minutes after I ordered it. No napkins and no receipt given to me. The fries were absolutely the worst fries I have ever been given in my life. Those fries had to have sat under the heat lamp for hours. They were cold and not even edible. The toast for my burger was split in half and had so much mayonnaise pouring out of it. The outside of my toast was soggy. The burger fell apart while I was eating it. This is the worst Hardee's I have ever been to. This experience was so bad that I will never go to any Hardee's again. The only positives I can say about this place is the bacon was cooked well and my cherry...

Sitting here in the establishment right now. I’m disgusted. I walked in and noticed both employees at the front using hand sanitizer and making comments about needing it after touching the last customers credit card. Then watched one of the girls get a bit of an attitude with a customer who didn’t want salt on his fries. After that I’m sitting down eating and am listening to their conversations about how “some customers give us too much ammunition”, then watch them mocking the way a man was chewing his food. What really put it over the top was when they continued to talk about “retards”. I don’t expect white glove service when I go to a fast food place but this is just unacceptable and all 3 employees deserve to be fired for their lack of professionalism and disrespect. Truly disgusted. If anyone from the Hardee’s company is reading this, I was here Friday March 23 2018 at 7pm. At the very least these employees need to be fired for their actions. 06/2023 5★ While traveling we stopped in to get our usual mushroom and Swiss and the deluxe burger with some french fries and a drink... The food is very average Hardee's.. so it was good.... But our service was fabulous... The gentleman that waited on us named Joseph and the gentleman working in the back Keith were working their butts off... I asked their names to specifically give them great recognition for the wonderful work that they're doing there... They made me and my family feel very comfortable our service was excellent the food was good but they really made it happen, They easily worked with us to figure out what burgers my wife wanted and so on so forth so it was really a great experience thanks to those two workers.... Both those boys deserve a raise and should model their employees and other locations employees from their work... Will return... Highly recommend as long as Joseph and Kieth are...
