I went to this subway multiple times and had gotten worse these last two times. I went to subway yesterday and got an Italian bmt. Simple. I wanted everything like it was on the sub except to take the salmi off. She said ok. Everything else goes well and I get the register to pay and for the sandwich only it was $5.88. Seemed high but I paid it and went on. I left and looked down at my receipt and they charged me for taking off the salmi. So I went back up their to say something and said they have to do this now if you change a sub. I told them no other subway does this and she said that this one does and that I only wanted a ham and pepperoni saindwhich. I told her that was a lie and that I told the lady making my sub that I wanted an Italian bmt. In the end they did give me the difference back. The point was that the employees should have told me their would be a charge to do that or to which out salmi for extra pepperoni( which they charged med extra for last time). Read moreI've been going to this subway for a few years now. It has recently changed, but it can be decent "if you communicate what you're wanting effectively." Like any other subway, they have the same stuff, and quality is dependent on what they have received in the store. As a truck driver, I've been to many subways all over the country, so I know what quality range to expect in general (it definitely can differ with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, etc) depending on the shipment. One thing i can say for sure is that good communication between you and the sandwich artist is a must. That can be a challenge at all locations, and this one is definitely no exception to that. With all that being said, my experience at this one is decent enough to go. I have two other reasonably close subways that are probably a little better but not so much that I need to drive farther. I picked up an online order, Avery greeted me as soon as I came in and felt very welcoming. When I arrived home I realized there were a couple mistakes with our order it was already a few minutes past closing but I called anyway. Avery answered the phone despite being closed and was very empathetic and kind, he offered to remake them the next day. I went and got them and again he greeted me upon walking in and remade them for me. Avery showed exceptional customer service. Will be coming more!
