Hardee's — Restaurant in South Carolina

This is one of two drive thrus close to me, that's the only reason I went back. The last 3 times I got breakfast there everything was bad. The sausage and gravy biscuit had no sausage and the gravy was very watered down. The next time I got the pork chop and gravy biscuit, there was very little gravy and the biscuit was hard. Today I got the loaded omelet biscuit. I wish I had taken a picture. It was sad. A tiny omelet on one side and a tiny bit of cheese on the other side. French toast sticks so hard they wasn't edible. If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. Keisha, the cashier should be FIRED. She is beyond rude to customers. A report was made to them because a finger nail was found in a chicken sandwich, she told the customer it was their own finger nail they put in there, that no one in the store had any broken nails. On April 15, 2025 at approximately 5:15 pm my husband went to get supper. He was given the wrong order, also the drink machine was out of coke and when he told the employee they said refilling the machine was not their responsibility. One of the employees (possibly Hope) had a sarcastic attitude. We will not be eating at this Hardees ever again.
