This is the absolute no doubt worst Hardees in Greenville - I would even go as far as to say it's the worst "fast food" establishment period! I have actually skipped years of not going there hoping it would get better and giving them a benefit of a doubt, I mistakenly go back! Today was the worst visit ever and it made me realize that it was my last attempt! This location needs an OVERHAUL or to be shut down. After the breakfast crowd you can forget service! I ordered the 5$ bag deal today thinking that was a good deal for a burger fries drink & apple pie and it came with a hotdog of which I didnt even want - but all this for 5$ why not? At 2:52pm my debit card was ran - I was asked to pull up & wait and that my food would be brought right out to me (how did I know that was coming?) 8 minutes later at 3pm I start getting a little frustrated seeing as they were not even busy - at 3:02 (10 minutes after my card was charged) I lost my patience, turned off the car and went inside. It was like a ghost town, there was not one employee behind that counter and not until I spoke up and asked for attendance did a scraggly looking male cook walk out from the back shoving food into his mouth and not once did he acknowledge me. A few moments behind him the pleasant lady that had originally taken my order comes out and I say, "uhm, it's been 10 minutes already" - and she starts nervously mumbling and I said, "Can I just have my money back?" - She calls over the shift manager "Kim" for help on the refund and she too failed to even acknowledge me. The order taker apologized to me and states "The wieners were frozen, that's why it took so long" and says to the manager "She just needed to be bagged" ... She then proceeded to offer me my burger that had been sitting there for 10 minutes and already had been reheated because I watched the cook from the outside window removing all the orders from the holding bin to reheat them. I refused!
The lesson I learned today is that maybe it is best to go inside and have a look at the people who are cooking our food or in this case I should say eating it - because while me as a paying customer sat patiently for 10+ minutes in my vehicle, the cook must have been taking his lunch break and eating our food (or maybe he was just the product sampler) If I ever considered eating a hotdog or another fast food period this place totally spoiled it for me, from the 10 minute frozen wieners to scary cooks who only care about touching and eating everything he cooks (gloveless) , NO THANK YOU HARDEES! I am not looking for a handout or a coupon, I even gave the drink back, hell this is my first time ever writing a bad review! I am only writing this because I cannot find the home office number to file a formal complaint. It worries me that the owners of this franchise doesn't have a clue or maybe they do not care (this Hardees has had bad service for about 10 yrs now it seems) - maybe the Hardees Corp. office will get to see this or maybe no one, but I sure do feel better sharing my bad experience. It is just a waste of space, that area needs more fast food options, Hardees should just throw in the towel and let someone who cares take over! This is not me being overly dramatic, this is me feeling stupid for giving you all so many chances. The Hardees on West Parker Rd should be shut down!

One employee sitting eating her lunch, friendly greeting; other employee was friendly, took our order which took an exceptionally long time to receive given they were not busy at all. Burger didnāt have mustard which we requested. When we checked the burger my husband saw the middle of the onion was black like it was growing mold. It was disgusting. He went to turn it and told me not to eat my food as we were now concerned about sanitary issues. He politely requested a refund, the woman took his credit card but said she wonāt refund my food. The burger was sitting behind the counter, my husband said he wanted a picture so we could inform the manager but he did not want to step behind the counter. The woman grabbed the burger wrapped it up, threw his card on the counter and said have nice day,bye. No refund, no apology, just attitude at this point. Manager not there but I was told heād call. Hasnāt happened yet. What happened to common courtesy and common sense? What did this woman care about us taking a picture? Unless sheās responsible for the quality of the food they give us. These were more the size of sliders than sandwiches & such a small amount of roast beef on them, all I tasted was bread. They have changed their barbecue sauce, too, and there was nothing wrong with the old sauce. I didn't base my rating on just this visit. I gave them a 2nd try a few days later and ordered the larger roast beef sandwich. True, it had much more beef between the buns, but the new barbecue sauce ruined it for me.
