Only rated a 3 because they were ok in the past. Went this morning 9:45 was sat around 10:25 that was ok I understand it’s a busy week. However it went downhill, got our drink from “hostess”, a few minutes later the waitress said “I’ll be back in a minute”, ok....... 20 minutes later my husband politely got her attention and asked to take our order and she said “I’ll be with you in a minute”. ! Are you stinking kidding me?! We already been waiting 20 minutes! Well I was out of patience so I said something to the affect why have you not taken our order and displayed our frustrations, she preceded to get huffed up with an attitude. That is unacceptable in the restaurant business. She blamed everyone from the owners fault to the cooks fault and rolled her eyes and was hurrying me, she said she has been waitresses for 28 years and she was doing the best she could but if that was her best (not taking our order for 20 minutes, and talking to us so rudely, wow what is that saying?!). I said to her if she would have come to us when we were first sat down we would have totally understand and this all could have been avoided. Needless to say we left and won’t be back. Instead we went down the street to BEACH BURGER & BBQ. They were friendly and from start to finish it took about 30 minutes! Never got to try anything. Came in while it was flooding outside, asked to give our name for the wait-list which was fine, they were a little busy but had open tables that just needed to be bussed. No one is waiting ahead of us. All of a sudden, we were asked if we would go back and wait in the car until called, while it was still flooding and no one else was waiting at that time but us 4. We asked if we could sit at a table and wait til it was cleaned, since we were still soaked from coming in, as we weren't in a rush. She adamantly said NO and if the owners/mangers were there they would agree with her.
