We ordered from here once a week, once every two weeks, on a fairly regular basis. The only unfortunate part of that is that we never have a consistent experience. Sometimes pizzas are delivered on time, fast, hot, fresh, and ready; and sometimes we get someone else’s order entirely and they never showed back up with ours. We have ordered through the app and then shown up to the store. When we were notified, our order was ready, only to have it not be ready and have to wait another 30 minutes. Sometimes they quote us 15 minutes, and by the time I get there 10 minutes later, it is already fresh hot and good to go.
Tonight I had a completely different experience, that has colored my perception of the restaurant. I ordered a thin crust, cheese pizza with half pepperoni, and they charged me $11. When I questioned them about the surcharge because a thin crust, pepperoni and I thin crust, cheese, pizza are the same price, I was informed that if you didn’t know how to order it, right, don’t be surprised we’re charging you more. I guess, if this is how you want to receive it, order a pepperoni, half no pepperoni. The lack of customer service in this experience was so against everything I have ever experienced here, that I was really disappointed in the establishment.
On another note, the prices have steadily increased over the last couple years that I’ve been visiting this location. I would estimate that overtime. We are now paying 30% more for the same order. When I went to retrieve my order and the CSR repeated the order correctly so I didn't think to check it ( I should have) When I arrived at my in-laws house my fiance asked if I was ready to eat and of course I said yes (starving at this point) Then he said" ooooh Bae" I knew something was wrong. I came rushing into the kitchen to a box of pizza filled with pepperoni and a bag of cheese sticks(I ordered Bread sticks) and I'm Vegetarian and I don't eat Pepperoni at all! To make a long story short ,I went back to retrieve the right order and still came home with undone bread sticks that looked as if someone had mashed them with their hands. I don't usually do reviews because I work in customer service/hospitality so I understand everyone and everywhere are understaffed but the people that are there should still take pride in what they do especially due to the fact that Everything is "High as all get out" Please do better Little Caesars if you want to continue to have good...

I hate to give a bad review. Love the idea of a drive up window but you guys have got to make it faster. I always order ahead online and always end up waiting 20 minutes in the drive up line. Please have people drive around or park to keep the line moving. Otherwise, I'm happy you've opened in this location and hope you work out the kinks. Update: Waited in line for 15 minutes to get to the window. I ordered our pizza online 30 minutes ago and they still aren't ready. A nice man came to the window and said he was the only one cooking and it would be another 5 minutes and "what did I want to do?" I'm sorry,, but it's not my problem and this is isn't the first time. I think I'm done here....55 mnutes later and no pizza, only a refund. Goodbye Lil...
