Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

Ordered ahead by phone, went thru the drive thru window and paid. ($16.00 +) Drove 15 minutes home only to find out that my pizza order was made wrong and WAY WAY under cooked! Tried for over a half hour to call the store and nobody would answer. Drove 15 minutes back to show them my pizza was disgusting and raw. The 4 young ladies working had VERY poor attitudes and acted rudely and would not identifie who I was speaking with and were dismissive and had very poor attitudes. Manager on duty -Madison- acted like I was putting them out to remake my pizza, asked who the store manager was and was given a flippant answer of "it's Greg and he won't be back till Friday"! Waited another 20 minutes for my pizza to be remade which was took home and shared. It's now 3:00 am as I write this and everyone who has had a slice has become violently ill, even the dog who was given crusts! I suspect "something" was done to the pizza to make us sick and these girls are being vindictive and spiteful! Better be careful of what you order and who is making it! If you like to be treated like garbage, spoke to rudely, and have the worst pizza experience ever? By all means continue to patronize this business! I will be filing a complaint with Corporate Office and making it a point to bring what's left of this NASTY Pizza to the Store Managers attention! Plus I'm stopping payment on the card! My advise? Go get Dominoe or Pizza Hut, Papa Johns! We will NEVER shop here again and encourage our Family,Friends,Neighbors and Co-Workers to...

Horrible. I ordered an hour ahead and it still wasnt ready when i got there. No one was up front at the counter. I had to yell to the back of the store beacuse there were two yound females having a conversation and laughing while standing at the pizza making station ( not making pizzas). Can you help me I yelled out. She looked at me and acted as though it plagued her to walk to the front. She asked my name and said yeah its not ready and walked away. Then went back to the line and started making a pizza. Ten minutes later a different employee asked me my name and walked back and grabbed my pizzas off the shelf... guess they were ready after all. As i was leaving i heard the females on the pizza assembly line say they made a pizza wrong and instead of remaking it she said im just gonna pick the toppings off.... what if there was a reason that the person ordering didnt want that topping, allergies, religious views... ?

I own a retreat center in Lugoff. When someone is staying here, I refer them to this specific pizza place because it is cheap and the closest pizza place. Since the new Manager was hired, people would come home with old dough pizzas. I know this because I owned a pizza shop. When the dough is old, it does not rise correctly, it smells very much of yeast, and it can cause people who eat it a yeast infection and many other issues. Every time we have gotten an old dough pizza,I call the pizza place and tell them the issue. And every time, the manager argues with me about it. I took it upon myself to call the Owner and after telling him the situation, he assured me it would be handled. We have not gone back since the conversation, until tonight. When a man staying here brought home pizza, we looked at it, and immediately knew it was made with old dough. We will Not be going back, nor will I ever refer people...
