Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Carolina

Unfortunately, Taco Bell in Lugoff has lost our business 😞 We have never been treated so bad!

My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru and as my husband was ordering my meal he was asking it to be a supreme. The lady didn't understand what he was saying so I let him know it already came as a supreme. The lady taking our order was VERY rude and said she couldn't hear because I was talking in the background. Then when my husband asked for mild sauce she said "Sure, why not" in a nasty tone. So we pull up to the window to pay and the lady didn't say ONE word to us. Not hey how you doing, your total is, NOTHING. When she handed us our food she was too busy looking at the other employees and didn't even look our direction. She handed us our food and was looking behind her. Then she still said nothing.

If you don't like your job or customer service, find a new job! I could understand if we were being rude or nasty to her, but we weren't and it was completely uncalled for. I will be speaking with management and corporate about this. I'm sorry if you were having a bad day, but don't take it out on those who...

Saturday early afternoon visit. This was my first visit. The restaurant was busy with families served eating their meals as well as people waiting to order their meals. I was amazed with the limited number of staff working. Only one person was working the front counter and the cash register. There were apparently two people preparing the orders and one individual working the drive thru line. The drive thru line was consistently busy while I was in the dining area. My order did take a considerable amount of time, but the order was correct as ordered. The men's restroom lobby and dining area were orderly and clean. The staff worked efficiently; once all customers orders were taken, the cashier begin to tidy the dining and beverage areas. The food was good as well as served with the appropriate...

The service at this place is terrible! Does the drive thru bell even work?? I went to this location twice today. Both times that I went to the drive thru, nobody in front of me, and I have to wait for someone to offer to to take my order. WHY??? When they finally do take my order, it's like I'm bothering them or wasting their time. Two different cashier's. First visit 9am 2nd visit 5pm. At least the 9am cashier was pleasant. 2nd cashier did ask me if I wanted sauce, only to not give me sauce! Luckily my kid noticed. That way I could park my truck and walk inside to get some, therefore doing what I was trying to avoid in the first place! Thank You!!
