Christie, the manager, made me feel welcome and right at home as soon as I arrived. The bottle of Bud Light couldn’t have been colder without freezing. It was perfect.

I said I was hungry and Rich came out of the kitchen and told me how he learned to make his meatballs from scratch from a 60 year old Italian grandma. I could tell. They are great. The southwest egg rolls are really good too: the best way to eat your spinach and beans.

Turns out Rich bought the place last month, so Lucky’s is under new management. The staff and customers were so friendly that I wished I could stay in town another night. I’ll definitely swing through next time I’m in Greenwood. Thank you Rich...
