NEVER in my life have I run across a more hateful, loud, and inconsiderate business!! The people who were working that morning (2:15am) through the drive-through, were so obnoxious!! Mind you, we had been traveling from the Beach and was looking for something to hold us over until we got home (around 5am) We've never went to a 24hour McDonald's before and probably never will again!! So we pulled up and asked what they were serving (like I said haven't been through one before) The woman who first asked what we wanted, then let someone else come through the mic, literally shouted LUNCH!! And then it just went silent... So we looked at each other and pulled up to the first window. (Which is exactly what you do during business hours) ... Waited a few minutes until we heard this loud voice yell at us from the next window...HELLLLOOOOOO 😡 (in a "making fun of us" way) Being tired anyway, we decided not to confront the woman who was so rude and "entitled" that she was waiting on us... The fries were hot (which we didn't order) , the nuggets were hard and somewhat cold, and the double cheeseburger was plain and dried out. Basically she was closing the window at the same time as handing us the bag. We asked if we could have some barbecue sauce, her reply "look in the bag" and she shuts the window and walks away. With no time to ask for anything else. No receipt, most definitely NO SMILE or even a nice gesture of any kind. Needless to say, I have worked with & for the public, this is UNACCEPTABLE & they both should be mandated in to taking a class on how to treat customers. Or better yet, FIRED!!! Unfortunately, these 2 people just gave McDonald's a bad...
Read moreAlright, I'm beyond pissed, and I need to vent about the absolute disaster running your late-night drive-thru. Seriously, who hired this person? Their incompetency is mind-blowing. They can't seem to read a name or match a code to save their life, yet that's literally their job!
Night One (aka, The Wrong Order Saga): So, last night, we roll up, ready for some grub. Give our name, and this lady just... can't find it. Four minutes later – four minutes! – she finally tracks it down with the code. Great, right? Nope. She hands us the wrong order. We had to turn around, drive back to McDonald's, just to get what we actually paid for. And guess what? Not a single "sorry" or anything. Just a demand for the incorrect food back. Unreal.
Night Two (aka, The Receipt Means Nothing Debacle): Then tonight, because of a family emergency, we were stuck eating late again. Figured, "Hey, maybe it was a one-off." WRONG. This time, she couldn't find our order AT ALL. We're sitting there, paid, receipt in hand, and she tells us to "pull up, I have customers." Excuse me?! We are customers, and we've already paid! The kicker? She refused to honor our order, even with a receipt. FORCED to get a refund. What kind of operation is this where a paid receipt means jack squat?
Honestly, the food itself is good, but the "customer service" from this one employee is so bad it makes me want to just go hungry. You guys seriously need to sort out who you're putting in charge of your late-night window. This is...
Read moreThis place never has anything and is run by incompetent employees (that’s putting it nicely). I went through there today and this is how things went at the drive thru:
Me: I’d like a chicken nugget meal. Them: how many?
6 piece.
What sauce?
Ranch, 2 of them.
Okay, drive up to the window.
....and a drink?
Oh yeah.
I’d like a Dr Pepper.
I get to the window and they hand me two large sprites and ask if I am some other order. I’m not. I repeat myself like 3 times “I had a 6 piece nugget meal with Dr Pepper and 2 ranch sauces.” The girl stares at me stupidly, I give her a receipt. After going back and forth she throws together a 6 piece of nuggets with one ranch and expects me to drive away. I tell her again, I had a meal with Dr Pepper. She throws in some fries and that’s it. No drink. Just one ranch. I leave very frustrated (and 8.5 months pregnant. Don’t make a pregnant lady mad).
How is something this simple so hard? Honestly? I worked in fast food for my first job as well but I took more pride in making sure all of the orders were right, and correcting them if they were wrong.
And on top of all of this, there were only 2-3 cars in the drive thru. Don’t go to this place, they don’t know what they’re doing apparently. And...
