This place sucks! They're always rude and so disgusting! They always treat people horrible and close to early. I've called and asked when they close and they said they don't, but if you go up there at 12 am there not open...don't waste you money, going to the one on N. Main Street is better, further but worth it!
Last time I went to 28, i was in the left drive thru and no one greeted me. I watch two cars to my right go so I asked if this is working or not. Some little boy didn't answer, apologize for my long wait, no he demanded I waited a minute. I did and it turned into three, as another car to my right went, I ordered my food which he interrupted me to hold on a min. I pulled forward anyway. When I got to the window there was a girl, told me a total and I asked her to read my order to me. Of course she rolled her eyes and did so. It wasn't my order. I repeated my order and she of course didn't have it, then had the audacity to ask why I didn't wait. I ignored her question and asked for my total. Gave her my money (exact change, took my time to search my car for every single PENNY I had in my car! Watched as she counted it. Gave me my receipt and I pulled forward. They gave me my drink and food hastily, which I checked the bag three time, by pulling all two items out and replacing them. Then I drove forward. I took a small bite, and it was cold. Bet my ass went into the store and demanded my money back. In the end we had an elevated discussion on how it's not nice to make people wait. Ik drive thru, i work it at a different company. We don't make people wait to place an order and we make sure to apologize if you wait 5 mins or more in line....
   Read moreI normally never put bad reviews.. but in this situation I am speechless.. I ordered my food off the mobile app. I love the mobile app makes it easier for me. I don't have to go through the drive thru. Well tonight I ordered and added a hot fudge sundae. The lady brought my food out and said have a great day. I asked about the sundae. She goes oh we.dont have it. I go okay? How do I get a refund. She was real nice she said hold on I will find out. She comes back and said I have to go through the app. There is no where on the order to state you didn't get something. So she said hold on. She fought and hollered through the parking lot trying to get the manager to come outside. Made a huge scene about it. But whatever. She came back tried putting her headset on me and having me talk to her that way. She got frustrated walked away. Came back and asked me to come inside so the manager could just refund me the money. I get in there and this manager was incredibly rude. I went in and simply said I was told to come in here about the sundae. She goes well you will have to go through your bank and dispute it. In the most ungodly way. I had to take a step back for it. I said okay well I was just told to come in here. She snaps back with well I am the manager here and I know what I am talking about. I said to her okay well you don't have to be rude about it. She snapped something else and I just walked away. And just said again there is no need to be rude. She snapped back with bye. I usually have such a great experience here. I personally don't believe I have ever been talked to or treated like...
   Read moreReally not happy with this particular location. I ordered 4 strawberry and cream pies and was told it would be 10 mins for them to cook them... That's fine, i said. I didn't mind waiting. Well the 10 minute wait turned into about a 15-18 minute wait and when they finally brought them outside, it was only two of them. I had to go inside to try and fix this. While I was waiting at the counter, there was another lady who had ordered some pies and the cashier walked back up to the counter and said to the lady, "We only have one strawberry and cream left and 2 apple pies.". I was a little upset because I was waiting on my other 2 pies that they evidently forgot I ordered and proceeded to give them to other people. Needless to say, I asked to see the manager. The cashier said sure and went to get him. Well, the Assistant Manager who was working the evening shift needs to go through more training on how to find out what customer asked for them before assuming it's the one they have the hots for because when he made it to the counter, instead of asking who needed to see him, I'm guessing that he just decided he would rather talk to the other girl.
