Not trying to be a Karen, I normally don't post bad reviews but this entire experience was awful. We pull in the drive thru right at open and we are mindful that we may have to wait longer than normal considering some of the employees were just getting there. After sitting in the drive thru for about five minutes a lady asks "what do you want". I kindly ask for a #3, a McGriddle, an iced coffee, and a frappe. She replied "I can't make frappes right now", I say "that's fine, uhmm I'll take-" then she lets out a big sigh we could hear loud and clear. I hurry up and say "I'll take an iced caramel macchiato" she replied "second window". We pull up and wait. When she goes to take our card I asked for a military discount. She replied "I can't do that" so we pay and pull off. We got into our food and the macchiato was discolored and tasted like pond water, so my husband goes in and kindly says "hi, this doesn't taste right" and she replied "well you can throw it away. Here's a large drink." He doesn't want to argue so goes to get soda and the nozzles were not on the machine and the machine sprayed all over him. So he went to tell her and she says "what do you want" he explains and she makes it behind the counter. Overall, the service was terrible, the lady was so rude for no reason. She did not offer to remake the drink, instead, she gave us a $1.00 drink compared to the $4.00 we paid for, and he was sprayed by the soda fountain. I know McDonald's doesn't set the bar high but if someone doesn't want to do their job that bad (to where they have to be rude to customers and be too lazy to remake things they messed up) then please find someone who will do the job right. Read moreThis location has ALWAYS been bad. You pay then are told to immediately pull aside so their timer doesn’t ding them for taking too long. On average you wait 15 to 20 minutes from that point. Today however, takes the cake and the cherry on top too!! We ordered 1 cheeseburger kids meal with the extra fry instead of the apple slices with an orange Hi C, 2Lg Fries, 2 triple cheeseburgers and 1lg orange Hi C and 1 lg Dr pepper. The screen order was wrong and missing half the items we ordered so we repeated it. Thought everything was good…NOPE wrong! We pay and are handed the wrong drinks so we give them back and instead get them back and now the kids drink is only half full. I go inside and finish filling the cup myself. Come back out to realize the receipt says Apple slices instead of fries so I go inside again to fix that. Thankfully they were filling our bags at that time I tell her NO APPLE SLICES we ordered extra fries. They give me the meal and it’s STILL WRONG hand the slices back wait forever for fires then get to the car open the triple cheeseburgers as we hit the highway and one is a double wrapped in a triple wrapper. All said and done it was 30mins pulled to the side and the order was STILL WRONG. Poor guy inside said he had been standing for 20mins waiting for a single cheeseburger. They were NOT busy at all but they ALWAYS do this. They ALWAYS make you pull aside and wait so the restaurant isn’t penalized for how long it ACTUALLY takes to get your food. DO NO GO HERE!! Save your sanity and go ANYWHERE else instead. Read moreOrder included 2 bundle boxes with no onion, moved in line at a normal pace to pay. At the next window the girl tried to give me the wrong order. After showing her the receipt she gave me one bundle box and our drinks and asked me to pull forward to the wait area for the other box, this is normal for this store and I don't usually mind the 5 or so minutes I have to wait for the size of the order. However 43 minutes of waiting and watching 7 orders behind me get picked up and leave I decided to go inside myself and explained my wait to the cashier and told her I wanted a refund for the 1 box I did not receive, she told the manager/shift manager that I wanted a refund for the box I never got and the manager told me we were just waiting on fries. I told her a 45 minute wait for fries was way to long and I wanted my money back just for the unrecieved box and I would go somewhere else. She then asked the girl.working the drive up window how many cars she had parked, the girl looked and told her 4. She threw up her arms and said screw it im out ive had enough. Got her purse and walked out the door. I never did get my refund but after another 5 minutes of waiting inside the store an employee gave me a box with no onion and no lettuce. So even after 45 minutes to get the order correct they still screwed it up. I will never return to this location and will advise everyone I know to avoid it as well.
