Pepperoni Express Pizzeria — Restaurant in South Carolina

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to come to this place all the time until recently. Their pizza is literally RAW! I ordered a pizza and cheese bread sticks for takeout and when I got home all I could see was dough. All the vegetables were falling off. I called them and explained the issue. They said they could remake it or give me store credit. I said to give me store credit for next time. After about two weeks I call to put in an order and use my store credit. The lady on the phone was VERY RUDE. She said my name for store credit was not in their “book.” But luckily I remembered the guys name from before who gave me store credit. She made a big scene by calling him and putting him on speaker phone (very unprofessional) asking if he remembers anything about a store credit for a doughey pizza and cheese breadsticks and he admitted that was correct. I was on the phone with her for about 15 minutes talking to her just to get my order in. She said some remark over the phone like “just making sure you actually have store credit or we’ll be giving away free pizza all the time.” It was almost as if she thought I was making this up. Anyway, my husband went to pick it up and we only received a pizza, no cheese breadsticks. The lady told my husband “she only had store credit for the pizza” when clearly I got store credit for my whole order and that’s what we were talking about when I initially called them. Anyway, when my husband got home SURPRISE SURPRISE the pizza was still not done!! It was literally raw pizza dough again! I placed an order online at 5:40pm and called about it 2 hours later. They stated they received it in the email, but it didn't print on the printer so they never knew to make it. I asked for a discount and he said he couldn't because it was an online order and it's a completely different company from them. Which is ridiculous considering I'm sure they pay that company to use them. I asked for him to cancel and he said he could but couldn't issue a refund until tomorrow when the owner comes in and calls the online company that I placed the order through. I will never use this pizza place again. Ever. In this day and age where everything is done via the internet and smart phones, you would think they would have their stuff together.

I appreciate the refund and the apology. I also commend you for looking into the company you use for online ordering because a lot of people do prefer to order online. Phoned in an order a pizza and some wings. Got there and paid and only had a few minutes wait. They brought out a pizza and some wings. As I went to leave I thought I smelled something weird so I checked and it was the wrong pizza. Showed the manager on duty Tray and he argued with me that it was the pizza I ordered. My brother placed the call so I called him to check, and he verified that he had indeed ordered a meat lover's, not the olive covered supreme pizza they gave us. The manager on duty then tried to make it seem as if it was our fault because the person who took the order didn't understand "Meat Lovers" because theirs is called a "Meaty". He finally agreed to remake the pizza and I went ahead and ordered more wings to add to what I had. I assumed they were remaking the old wings as well as the original wings just sat on the counter getting cold. By the time the new undercooked pizza was done along with the extra wings the first batch was ice cold. Tray there then said that they had been in styrofoam and "well they ain't AS hot, but that's your wings".
