I would advise you to read all the low scores. They all consistently mention a RUDE Owner named Dean who will argue with you loudly in front of customers if you question the service or price. He’s awful and will call the police on you when he gets scared after running his rude mouth. On 6/21 Manager DEAN (old guy up front) called the police on my husband because we asked for cocktail sauce to go with the shrimp I ordered and old guy said it’s 50 cents. My husband asked why, we just spent over $40 on food, bought fish and shrimp plate. He refused to give me a cocktail sauce to go with my shrimp. Said he already gave me tarter sauce for my fish and I can’t have both. Need to pay for the other. My husband told him that’s not good service. Manager called him a “boy” told us to get out and just talking real big trash. I was appalled. This has never happened in my entire LIFE at a restaurant. After running his mouth, Dean started getting scared and called the police. Lied and told the police my husband tried to come over the counter and punch him. No one tried to climb a counter. My husband is 250 lb stud, so trust me if he wanted to come over the counter, he could have. Husband paid the 50 cents for the cocktail sauce and Dean tossed it at him. He WANTED to start a fight but husband is smarter than that. Dean is a racist liar and a coward and black people should not spend their money there. We won’t be back. Worst experience ever. We had not touched the food yet so we asked for a refund and Dean said no. We took our food and left. Worst experience ever. Old guy was trying to “trigger” my husband with racist words. I also called the police on DEAN because of the way we were treated. Police apologized to me for this clowns behavior. He runs his mouth, uses trigger words and then calls the police with lies. We live in Atlanta now but visit Greenville several times a month. I will tell everyone for as long as I can speak, not to go there. He does not deserve to be in business because he’s bad to customers. Read moreIf i could leave 0 stars i would. I’ve been here before and let stuff ride but not today. I ordered a cheese burger plate and a chicken wing plate. I should have checked before i left but i didn’t. I get to my destination and open my box and noticed under the fries they gave me tenders, which Is not what i ordered at all. I immediately call to let them know and the manager pretty much tells me if i want to have the order replaced i would need to pay the difference, because Stephanie had tenders on the ticket. It’s not my fault she wrote down the wrong thing, because i said it twice. Never did he apologize for messing up my order or inconvenience because i had to turn around to bring the food back. Honestly it’s not even about the money, it’s the principle. Y’all lack customer service because the correct way to resolve the issue would be to replace the order with what i actually asked for and apologized. I will never be back and tell everyone i know not to spend a dime at this establishment. Learn how to treat paying customers and fix it when you mess up instead of trying to blame the customer. And also y’all need to check the man in the front that had on a black shirt and black gloves because he don’t even know how to talk to the employees !

Read moreRude staff. Long wait times. Bad service. I ordered my food on chow now to be picked up an hour later . I got to the restaurant and I had to wait in a line full of people for an additional 10 minutes or so for an order that I placed online once I got to the front the girl with an attitude states that my order is not ready and they haven’t even started to begin my order. She then started to attend to other people and then after about an additional 10 minutes, another worker came out and told me the same thing saying that my order was not ready. At that point, I asked if I could just cancel my order. Then he said that the manager could only do that. I then went over to the side to wait for the manager to cancel my order. Once I spoke with the manager to cancel my order some guy from the back came to the front telling me that my order was almost ready and that they already cancelled it because I told them to do it. Lack of communication and bad service . Nobody could even apologize for the long wait times and miscommunication on my order . Other people who placed an order after me where getting their orders already. I spent my entire lunch break wasted and didn’t even get my food. Never will be coming...
