Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

I’m not sure if I was dealing with someone brand new but the service was terrible. I called in an order and asked if there were any specials for 1 pizza for carryout. The woman on the phone said “yes we have a 3 topping for $10.99.” I said I would like to have that and proceeded to order my pizza. She then told me the total for $15. I asked her again what was the total and she said $15. I thought maybe that’s the tax. I arrived to the store and talked to the same woman that I spoke to on the phone and asked her why it was so much? Was it the tax? And she said no, the $10.99 pizza was only for online orders. I was baffled because I was calling in an order. She never told me it was online only and why would she tell me an online deal if I was placing an order over the phone? She then said “you can place the order online but it’ll be another 15-20 minutes.” However my pizza was already done. If the pizza is already done why would I need to wait an additional amount of time? They could just cancel the original order and taken the online order. I just paid for my overpriced pizza and left. Customer service definitely needs work....

The manager AJ was very rude and a liar. I have a child with a dairy allergy so I ALWAYS order her pizza and pasta with no cheese and extra sauce. I ordered her a pasta two days ago no problem. I ordered it tonight, called to let them know my order was incorrect (cheese on the pasta) and they refused to fix it. Said they are not allowed to customize pasta. When I order this pasta this exact way on a regular basis and I just ordered it literally 2 days ago. Placed an order for 2 half melts and 1 whole melt.came home, and all 3 were half melts even after I paid for a whole. The food was okay it wasn't the best but the Staff was friendly, nice, and attentive. I didn't go back to correct the order or to complain because the kids were hungry, and I do not believe it was done intentionally. However, though I didn't like the melts anyway (it was my first time trying it) honestly, they aren't what they look like, and they are really small. I doubt I'll get those again.
