Schooners Bar & Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

Me and my wife and my couple of my friends came here and me and my wife ordered 2 drinks. I asked the waitress to close up my tab, but I was still planning on buying more for me and my buddies, the waitress had complaining about why I didn't tip her. She failed to realize that I was about to tip her about a 100 bucks, but she went off and made a whole big ordeal in front of everyone, even my friends. Was like? Hey, you don't know what's gonna happen. We were gonna drink more and buy more food. And so apparently a manager which I still don't believe he was, the manager got involved. To be honest, I will never come back to this place. Horrible and to the so-called manager and the waitress, I'm sure you guys wasn't read this. We were about to order more food and drinks. As you guys knew my wife and I did not eat show. We were about to order more food. Just because we close out, the tab doesn't mean we were leaving, we were still clearly seated and having fun. I went to Schooners for the first time this past weekend with family; while the food was decent, it was the worst service I've had in a long time. Our waitress took our drink and food order, delivered our drinks and one of our appetizers, then we never saw her again. She was too busy behind the bar on her cell phone at the register, taking shots, being drunk and playing pool to provide any services to us. We had to approach the bar to get refills on our drinks, then again to ask for our check. One of the other waitresses delivered all of our food but we were never follow up on if we needed anything with our meals, etc. etc. It's a shame because as a first time patron, this is the worst impression to give to customers because I have no desire to...

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THIS BAR!! I WAS ASSAULTED BY ONE OF THE BARTENDERS BECAUSE SHE DID NOT LIKE THE TIP THAT SHE RECEIVED!!! FROM THERE, I’VE CONTACTED THE OWNER OF THE BAR Of THE ESTABLISHMENT. I ALSO HAVE A POLICE REPORT OF THE INCIDENT FROM THAT NIGHT. The bar themselves are trying to cover it up because they know they were in the wrong!!!! Please, please whatever you do do not take your family and friends here it is not safe!!
