Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in South Carolina

Terrible experience. I visit this Sonic almost EVERY morning (except most Fridays). I’ve had nothing but good experiences before today. Alexus and Shameka are wonderful!!! Tiauni on the other hand, not so much. I order the same thing every time I go, with the exception of 2 visits-#16, Bacon, no cheese with Canada Dry and a small French vanilla cold brew-total $8.22. Today it was $8.86. So when I got to the window I was like did yalls prices go up-i was ignored. Upon getting receipt I was over charged (I keep old receipts) and she didn’t even ask if I needed sauces or anything. She took it upon herself to just put ketchup in the bag, which is fine I usually ask for ketchup anyways, just like I did this morning. She rudely answered “there’s some in the bag.” I look and there’s 10, yes 10 ketchups on top of my food (sorry I counted it). Then tots were cold and it tasted like she put half of the French vanilla into my SMALL cup. It was SO sweet that I couldn’t drink it and ended up having to trash it along with the cold tots. Talk about poor service and money...

I don't know who is running this location but whoever is running it needs to either be fired or sent to management training. Every single time I come to this location there is a issue. A while back they lied about the onion rings being made once a week and they were out for the week. They have messed up my order pretty much every time. The kids that work there are rude and completely incompetent. Last night I ordered a corn dog and a small chili cheese tot. She handed me a small bag with a corn dog and then handed me the tots with no bag and expected me to drive home with a open chili cheese tot. I said can I have a bag for this? She said they cannot give more than one bag. I said so can I have a bigger bag then? She said they don't have any. I said are you saying that you are out? You know what just go get me another bag please so that I don't spill this all over my car. She got another bag but should I really have to argue to get a bag? The people that work here are just kids and sorry to say but not very bright...

Only giving one start so I can post this review. Honestly deserves negative starts after tonight. Extremely disappointed in my sonic experience! I ordered the popcorn chicken combo. For starters, I wasn’t ask if I wanted fries or tots. I pull around and the teenage girl at the window was unpleasant as they come. I asked if I could have tots instead of fries and was told that I couldn’t just add that on at the window & it would be an up charge. I’ve never been told that before. The food was extremely overcooked and dry. The fries tasted like they were cooked at lunch time and the popcorn chicken wasn’t much better. I did call the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager, who ignored my phone call and didn’t seem interested in helping a paying customer at all! Again, I’ll say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had and unfortunately because of this I don’t think I’ll return...
